My experience was enjoyable because of the support I received from customer service. Jacob ensured I was fully informed about my right to have a choice when answering questions. When I was unsure about a medical question, he gave a further definition of the medical term. He ensured my privacy was observed when he informed me the recording would be turned off when asking for debit card details as well as usage of my personal details with third parties. He also went the extra mile with my mail enquiry ensuring my concerns were addressed with a satisfactory explanation. Thank you Jacob.
