Excellent service which made travel too and from Birmingham airport so much easier and allowed us to start the holiday that little bit earlier!! Easy booking online & confirmed by text. Will definitely look to use again.

Quotes were instant, and email communication was fluid. The cars and drivers were professional and on time. For our Heathrow pick-up we had some difficulties finding the short-stay carpark spot, but the driver was in constant communication with us via WhatsApp. They were tracking our flight with no issues. Will repeat again.

Excellent driver who rescheduled his pickup to my convenience. I had been in hospital and needed to be delivered back to the Welsh Borders. He was both kind and courteous and I would willingly travel with him again.

Professional and courteous service for a recent trip to London Heathrow pickup both in Warwick and then on my return from Terminal 3.
Both drivers were excellent and drove professionally ensuring I arrived in comfort - highly recommended, this was my first time and I will definitely use Ali again for any future trips.

The drivers arrived promptly for the journey to and from the rail station. They brought the right sized taxis to accommodate baby, toddler and adults. Easy to order online, and you get text updates. I will use them again.

A great service, booked a taxi to go to Birmingham airport, the driver was kind and talkative and helped me with my bags when we arrived. will definitely be booking from Golden Line Taxi again.

very punctual, booked a taxi to the airport, they came 5 minutes early and called me when he arrived, very nice driver made me feel comfrtable the whole ride.

Booked taxi for 530 am pick up to go to airport. Taxi had not arrived by 535 so I called the company. Man said he had no record of our booking ( I had received a text confirmation) and that it wasn’t his fault as he was only looking after the business for his friend who was on holiday. He said he would get another driver to us asap. I suggested a reduced fare which he said no to as it wasn’t the drivers fault either! ( I think it must have been our fault for booking with Golden Line in the first place) new driver picked us up at 5.55. In the taxi the man called me back offering a £5 reduction. We arrived at the airport 30 mins later than planned which made for a very stressful start to our holiday. I have requested a significant refund but have heard nothing. Very poor service

We had three fantastic drivers on our journeys with Golden Line and can only praise them in the highest terms. Would most definitely recommend!
