I bought this trip for my wife as part of our 50th wedding anniversary, my first contact was with Ralph who took time to find the the type of journey that suited my requirements on this magnificent train, so big thanks to you Ralph.
From first entering the carriage and feeling like you stepped back into a very elegant age in time is in itself quite wonderful, all the staff looking immaculate in their uniforms, and taking care of every detail. The food is also worth a 5 * rating.
All-in-all a most wonderful day and looking forward to booking another trip sometime in the future

I recently went on your super Pullman train trip to the Le Manoir,

I have to say it was just perfect , the food was amazing the staff were friendly and so professional , the Le Manoir was just beautiful.
What made it all so special were your staff , I would like to mention Ralph & Kate in particular.
We had a problem with our first booking, due to a train strike we did not make the train in time , we were so upset and disappointed we had missed the train, still on route in a taxi we spoke to Kate who was so understanding a reassuring , Ralph was so helpful and rebooked us, I can’t tell you what a weight off our mind that was, so all in all our tears dried up and I got to celebrate my 60th birthday in October, which was a special treat from my dear friend.

Thank you so much for a fabulous day and thank you Ralph and Kate for being super stars, what a credit to your company they are.

Had a voucher for a day at the races. What I wanted cost a bit more than voucher… sent additional funds across to GM and they took care of everything. Dave and Dan dealt with everything brilliantly, prompt replies and very helpful

Great customer service. Although not a straightforward process of initial booking, but the team is doing their best to accommodate requests that are coming from the clients. I had to rebook twice due to health issues and both times Dave was very quick to respond and change the date of the event.

I would like to congratulate GoldenMoments for the customer care I received from a Mr Dan Gines on the 9th of this month . I tried to order an Anniversary Book , but of course I am not as smart as I think I am as I continued to make a mess of everything . He was so helpful and patient and sorted everything out for me . I have given him 5 stars but would double that if I could . Hopefully in the future I will order from GoldenMoments again.

I heard about this website from a friend on Tue, that did prints of old newspapers for birthdays and anniversaries. It was my parents 50th wedding anniversary and I was struggling to find the perfect gift. I ordered it on the Wed and it arrived on the Friday. Incredible service. They also wrote to me on Wed to confirm a few things as I ordered a national and a local newspaper from 50 years ago. They wanted to make sure I wanted both papers for the same date. I am so thankful and grateful for their help support and service. We can now give it to my parents this Sunday at the big family dinner

We had to re book on several occasions due to Covid and hospital operations. There was never an issue with this and the whole experience with Golden Moments and the trip we di was amazing thanks again

We had originally booked our celebratory trip on The Northern Belle to The Harrogate Flower Show over two years ago, then COVID struck, a family wedding and then a reorganised family holiday meant we had to postpone our trip three times in total.
On each and every occasion, Ralph was particularly helpful, accommodating and extremely patient in helping rebook a date which suited all 4 of us, offering alternative dates and even excursions. Happy to say we all boarded the Northern Belle yesterday, warmly greeted by a very courteous and helpful train crew, wined and dined in style in the stunning Chatsworth carriage, entertained by a magician with brunch and a musical duet whilst enjoying a delicious 5 course dinner. Good coach transfer to the Flower Show, everything ran like clockwork and the sun even shone - couldn’t have been more perfect. THANKYOU especially to Ralph and Golden Moments, it was all definitely worth two years of anticipation!

This has been a terrible experience. I'm out a lot of money and there is no way to contact this company except via email which they either ignore or give one-sentence replies which are not at all helpful. I have been polite up to now, but I'm starting to wonder if this is actually a scam site. My advice: look elsewhere for the perfect gift.

I just received my purchase delivery was so fast and paper was beautifully presented I am so happy with this service and would recommend anyone looking to give an unusual beautiful gift to parents or grandparents for Christmas or birthdays excellent service

I booked a Chessington World of Adventures experience for my daughter’s family at a cost of £175, as a Christmas present in 2020. When they tried to book the visit using the Golden Moments vouchers, they were informed that this experience was no longer available through Golden Moments and a credit would be given for the full value. Despite many requests for this credit, by telephone and email, the credit has not been paid and it is necessary to put the claim into the hands of the Small Claims Court to ensure recovery.

Feels like a scam. My brother got me a voucher for 3 tickets to lego land from golden moments. When I tried to activate on the website they wouldn't work. I emailed and they said the experience cost had changed but they would update the vouchers. They said it should work and again no luck. I asked to book dates, they kept saying the dates I want are fully booked up. I asked what dates are available for the next 3 months and have not received a response. I can't get through to their phone lines and they haven't responded to emails

First class service. Easy to book, emails issued with full description of experience and timing etc. Excellent communication throughout. An the experience was superb!

What a poor excuse of a company, I had a £60 gift voucher for Perry Barr dogs given to me for my 70th birthday from my family.
I then tried to book this experience firstly to be told it’s not for a Saturday as stated on their leaflet but for a Thursday evening, so I try again to at first no response so a phone called followed, then get we will get in touch with Perry Barr to which I said forget it I will exchange it for the horse racing one, till this day 2 months later no response try to activate the voucher and it says this has already been activated, sent further email to which have no response. AVOID this company like the plague.

Appalling customer service - avoid this company at all costs - I’m left with nothing!!! I exchanged two vouchers which were gifted to me for clay pigeon shooting in Galway. The clay pigeon adventure company contacted me to explain that they no longer deal with golden moments (Surprise surprise!) and that I would have to seek a refund. They further explained that they had tried repeatedly to contact Golden moments to resolve this problem but they were unable to make contact. I have sent repeated emails seeking a refund and received no reply to date (two weeks later). This experience has been so frustrating. I don’t even know if Golden Moments still actually exists. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company for gift voucher unless you want to gift your worst enemy an almighty headache!!!

I contacted Golden Moments when my original afternoon tea booking was unavailable due to the venue being closed due to the pandemic and not opening again. Throughout I was helped by Natalia who was friendly and helpful at all times and was able to sort out an alternative treat from the extensive options available.

Non sono rimasta per niente contenta del giro che abbiamo fatto in elicottero. L'accordo non era quello di sorvolare le campagne della zona di periferia, bensì Roma con l'itinerario che avevamo stabilito. Di sicuro non pubblicizzeró questo pacchetto (pacco) con i miei amici che erano già pronti a fare la mia stessa esperienza ma faró contattare direttamente la Eurotech. Siete stati molto scorretti. Inoltre abbiamo pagato a spese nostre la trasferta con un taxi. Non è corretto rubare soldi alla gente. Vergognatevi!!!!
