Golden NYC Jewelry Reviews

This is a scam and it is cyber crime. Steals people’s money and never gets their product. Website owner hides identity and is located in Toronto. Please look at these reviews they are all fake. Look at the profiles. All positive reviews are from fake profiles. Hope this person is arrested and jailed for their crimes.

It's ridiculous that this business is allowed to continue to scam people on the regular. This business is not a Google listed business, so the claim of "over 400+ positive Google reviews" is a total lie. No phone number on the website connects to any person, no one answers emails, and one email address (the one listed under "Returns/Exchanges") is unusable - returns mail as undeliverable. This business took $2000 of my money and sent no merchandise, and there is no viable way to cancel an order. When I reported the purchase and this business to my bank, Golden NYC Jewelry wasted no time returning the bank's emails. I've been trying since July 15th to cancel my order and receive the refund I'm entitled to, with no luck. This business should be ashamed of itself.

Amazing jewerly . Their customer service is absolutely incredible . I have ordered several jewerly and rings and you think on the website they are gorgeous, you have to see them when you receive them in person . You won’t regret buying from this shop as their quality and shipment of your items are 5 star . Thank you golden NYC ❤️

I was pleasantly surprised about how fast I received my order. I will definitely order again and will recommend to friends & family…

Good product with best price and shipps early

I ordered aurora borealis bracelet. They arrived in a cheap plastic bag and jewelry beads itself looks plastic. Will not buy from them again. Fake store and site.

HORRIBLE CHEAP DOLLAR STORE BRACELET!!!
Wish I would’ve read reviews before I purchased. Did not receive item advertised. STAY AWAY!! DO NOT ORDER!!

Good quality, on time delivery. If any problem, Good customer service. I got positive experience every time from GNYC.

0 stars. This is a scam. All the jeweleries are fake, not real gold and Swarovski. Half my order was also wrong, along with empty jewelry boxes for some items (received some empty boxes with no jewelry in it). No number to call, that's the 1st red flag of it being a scam. I contacted them through email and they responded weeks later with very unprofessional Grammer, 2nd red flag. They wanted me to email pictures of what I received and what I ordered, 3rd red flag as they should have my order history. They kept emailing me back and forth with confusing questions to avoid giving me a refund even after specifically answering the questions multiple times, such as, which jewelry exactly do I want replace/refunded; if I want a refund for it; which one was missing; etc. Avoid these lowlifes. Never understood how people have so much time to scam.

I ordered a heart swarovski necklace and it was beautiful, a great price and received with quick shipping.

This is my first order and I’m very much satisfied with the jewelry. It’s awesome and quality is ultimate and received good compliments. Definitely will buy some more in future.

I ordered the Rainbow Aurora Borealis Austrian Elements Heart Necklace in 18K White Gold Plated and it is beautiful. It shipped quickly and arrived within 5 days. Great jewelry at affordable prices.

Awesome JEWELLERY pieces! When I wear it at a friends party, I got a lot of good compliments about it. I was really feeling good about myself. Thank you Golden NYC Jewelry for making my day.

I have ordered from this company twice. The first time I had a ton of issues but I gave them another chance when I ordered a second time. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. They have an F rating on bbb website for a VERY GOOD REASON! Stay away at all cost!

I have made a purchase through online. I was completely satisfied with the product and it arrived in Gud condition. Worth for the money. I will buy more from them. Thank u.
