Gold Investments Ltd Reviews

Easy and straight forward transaction could not be better ,good price fast delivery..

Great service as always

Simon was very professional when dealing with my enquiry.
Received my item next day.
Great service

Personalised service provider of 2014-25 Britannia / Sovereign coins, as described, in securely tracked packaging, promptly delivered, consistent with Mario Inneco's 'maneco64' daily vlog recommendation and nominal discount.

My general inquiries and dealing requirements were dealt with very efficiently. And the firm's website is clear, easy to use and very well designed.

Wide choice, competitive pricing and prompt delivery.

Paid by bank transfer, came via 48hr 1pm special delivery. Solid company.

My parcel was sent on 9th September, guaranteed to arrive by 1 pm on the 10th. Unfortunately it was delayed and did not arrive until the 11th September. Despite this delay, Gold Investments processed the order and I was paid in full on the 14th. They were within their T & C to reassess the payment due to the delay. I am impressed with both their service and the integrity of their business and have no problem in recommending them as a first class business.

Have done business with them for over 20 years.

No problems quick reliable service

Fantastic Service and very competitive prices.Have used Gold Investments for some time now and would highly recommend.

As always, efficient service.

My family has been a customer here for over 20 years, and the service has always been exceptional. Every transaction has been smooth, professional, and completely hassle free. We’ve never had a single issue and have always been impressed by the quality, care, and attention to detail.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and a consistently flawless experience.

Quick and efficient.

Made several orders. But on one order I was told by Gold Investments Staff that I was “trying it on” and costing them money. In short - rude and abrupt. As a courtesy - and to keep Gold Investments fully informed of the customer experience, I raised a formal written complaint. Progress on the complaint was initially encouraging - but the outcome was disappointing and the “Goodwill” was derisory and an insult. Be very careful.
