I visited the Silver Shack in Swansea Market and was served by Evie, who was very professional and friendly. Her customer service skills were impressive and she immediately put me at ease. I had visited the stall the previous day, to purchase a pendant, which I had recently seen. Even though the item had been sold, Evie had remembered seeing something similar under the counter and found it for me. I initially decided not to buy it, but changed my mind and returned the next day. Evie immediately recognised me and remembered the pendant she had shown me. I was really impressed that she had remembered this. Evie boxed the pendant and secured the pendant in the box with a pin, to protect it. I'm so pleased with my pendant and the excellent service I received. Many thanks.

Amazing experience visiting Swansea market’s silver shack! Served by a very lovely and helpful woman called Evie who talked me through each item I was interested in. She noted what I was looking for and offered lots of suggestions. I am very happy with my purchases and will definitely be buying jewellery from here again!

I found this website by chance, and I am sooo glad I found it! My mum's necklace had broken and she has the Singapore twist curb chain and I found that specific type hard to come across. But thankfully, Gold Reserves had it! Super quick delivery and one very very happy mum 😀 definitely recommend these jewellers 10/10!
