Apparently I got mad lucky, but I got my shoes in LITERALLY five days. And I live in Italy!!! My stuff got shipped not even 10 hours later I placed the order, next day was on its way. Customs fee was about as much as I thought it would - but this doesn't even depend on Golf Wang, so. IDK I feel blessed reading all of the other opinions

1 because cannot give it a zero brought my son a $200 jacket too small sent back be certified mail they received it May 4th have yet to receive the jacket.
OMG cant get in touch with any customer service person :( real upset

I'm quite lucky cause I live in Singapore and received my order in a month. But they accidentally didn't give me 3 blue flame stickers which might be accidental due to the high number of orders they get. I have emailed them for a refund but still happy with the rest of the items. It was in good packaging and the quality of golf is bomb!!

Placed an order at the beginning of December 2019 and still have not received anything. I contacted them in January and they offered me a refund but have never received that either. Re-contacted them in March and again they offered me a refund and once again never got anything. I just tried contacting them again and got a response back saying that the email address is no longer valid but this is the email address that they used to repond from.
What a waste of money and time 😣

Should be a Zero stars!!! Web page got stock billed my credit card, Items are still in the cart, tried sending an email to customer service, customer service replied I have to go through my account which never was never made correctly so there is no one I can talk to.This is a scam don't order!!!!!

I don't know if I'm just lucky or what, but I had my dad order me two shirts about a month ago, (and he's not good with online shopping stuff) and they both came in about 10 days later, correct colors, great material and all.

Cant even place an order. Screen just freezes up and turns white. I'd be okay with waiting months for my stuff if I could at least pay for it in the first place.

Wish I could give no stars, I ordered in MAY 2019 and it is MARCH 2020 and still have received nothing. After emailing back and forth with customer service they gave me a tracking number which after checking with DHL there is no record of that order being shipped out at all!!!! Massive waste of $$$

Don't order anything from here. I placed an order back in November of 2019 and have yet to receive ANYTHING! You cannot reach anyone via phone and when you message, they play the blame the "other guy" game. I wish that I have never spent a dime with this company!

***UPDATE*** finally received the item 4 months after purchase. No apology, nothing.

I feel lucky after reading all these negative feedback. Here's my experience with Golf:
I ordered some clothes in janaury 16. No signs of life until february 19. Then in two days they update my order, send the package to my country (Italy) and passed the customs clearance. Basically I had my clothes in a little more than a month.
Of course I wrote to them in that days to ask (after about 3 weeks), but they didn't reply me....
The quality of the clothes seems ok, nothing special but also nothing too bad. We will see after some washes.
Nice to have some Golf clothes to wear, but, anyway, I think I'll never buy again from their website.

I ordered a shirt in November 2019. We’re now about a week away from March 2020, and still no t-shirt. Customer service is “looking into it.” Don’t promote merchandise if you can’t fill the order!

This place is a scam. They sent the wrong item twice. Returned item but still not getting a refund.
Saying a fault with my paypal account??? Really!

Ordered IGOR Limited Vinyl Pack right away as it was released. Not only that it was made only in October, instead of July. Futhermore it had never been shipped to me. On the website it's stating "Shipped", but once I contacted DHL they told me that they never even received a package itself from Golf Wang. I've sent around 15 emails, but never got a response even once. Now I can't get my money back, can't get ahold of them, can't do nothing about it.
The most awful experience I've ever had ordering online which destroyed my good attitude with the artist.

They always have new things and try to restock often but they still print their 90 dollar hoodies on gildan blanks which is embarrassing for a 7 year old clothing company and shipping is extremely expensive for something that takes weeks to arrive. They also falsely advertise all their hoodies as 100 percent cotton when most are 50/50 polyester cotton and people always get their items lost during delivery or refunded after months of waiting. Disappointing.

I ordered a black save the bees hoodie and it came back orange. The paper in the bag even said black. I also ordered a white crew neck with blue text and it came back grey with white words, this color way wasn’t even an option. The quality of the prices are terrible, they are rough and feel cheep. Don’t buy

Please do not order from this site; I ordered one shirt and said it would arrive in 3 months. Ok, whatever, its golf wang, worth the wait. No, it's not. After failed communication throughout the delivery process, I inquired about the shirt to check up on it, and it got "lost in the mail". I had to ask the site about the shirt for them to inform me that the shirt would not arrive (note this is like one week before [i thought] the shirt would get to my house). They then proceeded to say that they would refund me w/in 8-10 days... which is most definitely way too long in the first place.
I am not ordering from golf wang for a long time; I wasted $50 on a shirt that I would actually get.

Honestly get some crocs and jibbitz for the same price (if your order crocs on Zappos, it's like $10 less, and mine got here in 3 days.

Around the time IGOR was released, GOLF offered several pre-order bundles. I purchased the limited edition vinyl bundle, which came with the vinyl, a poster, and a sticker. I figured that it would take a while to arrive, as the website said it would ship out in roughly 12 weeks, so I ordered it and watched the shipping status for the next 5 months or so. When the status finally changed over to shipped, I was excited. Upon the delivery, I noticed that the package was fairly small, and after opening it, I was greeted with just the vinyl, without anything else included in the bundle. So, I then messaged their support staff explaining that I was missing half my order. The response was an automated one, simply stating that my package was delivered. I sent a follow-up message and re-explained the situation and received a message which stated GOLF was not accountable for anything lost in the mail. However, there was no obvious indication that the package was tampered with in any way. So, I messaged back, re-explained what the deal was, and explained that the package indicated that it was an issue on GOLF's end. They then proceeded to tell me that they were going to fix the situation by shipping out my missing items. I thanked them and waited... and waited... and waited, and that's where I am at now. I sent a reply message and got nothing. This is probably some of the worst customer service I have personally ever experienced. I enjoy their products I have purchased in the past, and the vinyl looks and sounds great, but that does not excuse neglecting to ship out half of my order. Ridiculous. For those looking to purchase GOLF items, buy them at a concert, because their website is a borderline scam.

They should have no stars really. The goods look great on screen but take ages to arrive, from China, and the hoodie that came is cheap quality, a tiny size and nowhere near worth the price we paid even though it was a Black Friday deal. Now they tell me I can't get a refund as it was bought in the sale. So angry and wishing I'd read these reviews before purchasing steer well clear.

1 star is because my son likes the 3 items I bought him.

These people do not care about you as the consumer, or what product they put out.

The shirts are rough material, not cozy at all.

They sent the wrong items, cheaper products than what we ordered and paid for. No return shipping waybill provided - they make it so difficult to return, that you don’t end up doing it. A waste and disrespectful to your hard earned dollars, which is all they clearly want.

Inferior product.

Shameful customer service. Good luck getting ahold of anybody. Emails are spam style. You know they don’t actually give a shot (edited for language).

Never again & boycotting anything by TTC.
