As per other reviews, this is a scam. I made payment on October 1 but have received no tracking information and the website and email no longer work.

No email address works, tracking number doesn't work, website doesn't exist... Scam through and through... Now the fun part how to get a refund... This company does not exist. Please don't believe the reviews below as I am sure they are fake just like the site

I ordered a hat offered for free only paying for shipping.
$19.87 was deducted from my account Tuesday 1st Oct
But no on going communication or parcel delivered
What’s happening with the order.
Hoping this issue is rectified

Given a fake shipping number, now website and email address have completely disappeared when I try to contact them.

Ordered through website after viewing their products on instagram. Placed an order weeks ago and all of the tracking links and website links provided in order email now don't work. Don't buy from here!!

Scammers- It seems that they appear occasionally online and on social media with ‘too good to be true’ offers (yes I fell for it!), paid my money and received order confirmation. They had some ok reviews which baffles me now given the situation! Anyway… I don’t hear anything for weeks so follow up and they basically reply saying they’re out of stock and don’t know when they’ll ship. I replied saying ‘no problem, I’ll cancel my order, please refund’. Literally 30 seconds later I receive an ‘order dispatched’ email. They then email back to say there is no chance of a cancellation as the order is now shipped. Straight away it felt dodgy, I follow the tracking link and it takes me to a random page for a generic shipping company saying ‘item received’. I felt a bit of reassurance at this point,
Then nothing… a couple days of days later, I click on the shipping link again and it takes me to a ‘dead page’ and then their homepage disappears. Then my order link is now a dead page. Paypal were super helpful and funds were recovered. I felt a bit stupid to fall for it and it was pretty smart with the communication and some good reviews but it’s all fake.

Still waiting on my order 125925, tracking details don't work nor does website and emails bounce back. I see the same hats at Temu for $5. Seems a SCAM

Paid for shipping and I expect my money to be lost.
The 5 star reviews seem bought. Don't trust them.

I ordered the sun hat from an advert I had seen as it looks perfect for what I was after to use on holiday.

It took a while to arrive (3 weeks) and then arrived bent, which was such a shame.

The customer service has been very polite and always responded to my emails.

They don't do refunds so they have advised another hat has been sent out to me.

Item never arrived. I ordered a hat and paid for postage only through an adv seen on Instagram. The customer service does reply to emails sent but no further progress. I have been waiting a refund for ages now.

Ordered several hats and the mystery box weeks ago to the point I almost forgot I had ordered anything. Finally arrived today and received 1 hat and the ‘mystery box’ was a pair of thin arm covers (like socks) & a hard plastic hair scrunchie that was broken?! So disappointed and yes, overpaid for what was received. Keep your money instead.

I ordered a hat from this company before and loved it, but unfortunately it got lost. After giving up trying to find it, I ordered another one 9 days ago. Crickets.
It has not shipped and I get an error message when I try to access their website. No replies to my emails. Was really hoping to have it by this weekend. I don't like to support Amazon, but maybe I should have ordered from there. Update: they finally replied and I'm told it finally shipped yesterday. (10/6)

I ordered a hat, it has not arrived. I have emailed the company several time and had no reply. SCAM company

My package was never delivered. There has been no movement on it since 8/12/24 and today is 10/02/24. The customer service people keep promising they have escalated and are "working on it" and that once they determine it is "truly lost" they will refund me. This has been going for almost a month now and STILL NOTHING!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I have reached out to customer support multiple times regarding an issue with the video format, which is not compatible with Instagram. Each time, I received a response stating that the matter would be looked into, but I have not received any follow-up or resolution despite three attempts. As a result, I am now out $500 with videos that don’t work for my intended platform. This lack of communication and support has been frustrating and has significantly impacted my business

Order the 2 free hats, which were then removed from the order. I would have cancelled the entire order.

Mystery box was also not a value, so what a waste of money.

The hat I ordered arrived quickly. One of the snaps had a little crack in it so it wouldn't click together. I reached out to customer service and was immediately sent an apology and a replacement.Great customer service. The hat is lightweight and packable. Great for traveling!

It is a great hat. Has a big rim, fits fine, stays in place when windy. Thanks for sending it for free!

This hat is absolutely beautiful! I’m so glad I paid for the shipping to receive it, it looks great on and accommodates a ponytail in the back of the hat. It is light weight and does the job of keeping the sun off your face. Highly recommend!
