This was my first time ordering from this company, I have to say from start to finish the service was great. I love my new sun hat, it fits nicely and not too tight, it's just right.
The material it's made from is a nice soft material and very light to wear, ad some hats of this size can be quite heavy to wear. I have not long received mine I had the Blue one, the colour is great, I can't wait to use it in July when I'm on holiday for a week. I would highly recommend this to anyone you won't regret it.

I was skeptical of this hat as it was a free hat, just pay shipping, but it was a legit deal. The hat is comfy and cute. I love the ponytail slot as with most hats you have to have a low ponytail or leave it down. I got lots of compliments and will probably get a couple more. It came in about three week. S

Definitely not a scam!! :) So I was unsure of ordering after reading the reviews, but really needed good hats for holidays this Summer (my straw ones are wrecked from travelling!), so decided to take a chance and ordered the SPF hat using the 'free, just pay for shipping' offer! Ended up buying 3 hats (cream/beige, black and dusty pink/grey). Order took approx. two weeks to arrive from ordering (I'm based in Ireland - they came from China) so just be patient!. They are fantastic & exactly as in the description. I am delighted with them all! Great fit, colour and material and I love how they fold up small, so I can take all 3 with me! The ponytail opening is genius! They'll be easy to wash/freshen up and dry while abroad! All in all I'm absolutely delighted I took the chance and ordered them! Very happy customer!!

On May 10th I placed an order for a hat and an order for a shrug. I have not received anything. The money was taken from my acct.quickly but no merchandise. I just want a refund and I will not make this mistake again

Love my sunhat from GoodYouCo. Delivery was quicker than expected. The hat has a good shape, very comfortable and I love it has a ponytail hole. I use it when floating in our pool; of course it gets wet but dries very quickly and back to its original shape. Would definitely recommend. I just went back and ordered my husband the men’s hat and ordered another sunhat for myself!

OMGOODNESS, What a delight this hat is!!! This hat is so cute !!! I really like, great for gardening as the brim is wide shielding my neck & chest. And I can pull my ponytail out the back and wrap it up in a clip. Since I l8ve very near the beach I’ve referred friends to GoodYou.co

I'm very happy with the FREE hats I got from the Goodyouco company. I wanted a good sun hat for when im on the tractor and working in the yard.
I gave them 5 stars due to the fact I ordered 2 hats and they were both FREE. Only cost was shipping and handling.

The sunhat is beautiful, I get lots if compliments! I love that it's rim is shapeable and it has a ponytail spot. I saw the ad where goodyouco was giving away sunhats and I went for it! I only paid the shipping! What a great deal!! I totally recommend it!!

Love this company, their product, and their customer service. Every time I’ve ordered their shipping has been prompt, the one time it wasn’t, I emailed them, they responded immediately, tracked down the issue, and resolved it immediately! I LOVE MY GoodYouCo hats!!!

I was skeptical when the email said the sun hat was free. But I had a friend that wears one every time she golfs. So, I took a chance and ordered one. It was perfect. You can change the size from large to small with a slide in the back. It protects you from the sun and is well constructed. It took 2-1/2 weeks to arrive and it’s perfect. I’ll be ordering more.

Ordered arrived 2 weeks from placing. Hat is great - lovely large brim and looks nice on. Just in time for my holiday to Bali. I like that it’s vented at the top and has a hole for long hair. All in all I am glad I ordered - it’s not a scam and all is well. I would definitely order again.

Hooray, my order finally came! After being worried that I was being scammed I spoke to my VISA carrier and was advised to wait a few more days. Good thing I did because everything arrived and was exactly as advertised on the Instagram site. It would be really nice to know you are actually ordering from the UK then you would understand why delivery is taking longer then you feel it should. I got three adult hats and one child's and they are all perfect. They dry extremely fast and I love that they are adjustable for ponytail.

This hat was a great find. The ordering process was simple and I received my hat quickly, as described. It's going to be perfect for hiking and beach days. I was skeptical, but no scam here! Good AND true!

Really good offer, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm very pleased with my hat - lovely colour, easy to pack in my handbag, and it fits nicely, with an adjustable chin strap for windy days. Delivery took a couple of weeks. I'm only saying that to make others aware, so they don't get worried 😊 Thank you!

Love my new hat . Has a wider brim than my old one to keep the sun off. Lovely colours pink and grey together and a strap to help hold it if very windy although not needed it up to now as its such a good fit and so comfortable .

The shipping takes forever, which is tolerable. Loved the hat! So I ordered one for my daughter. It shipped, made it from Philadelphia to Albany, NY, to Springfield, MA, to Long Island. It’s been held up by the post office (USPS) for using counterfeit (fake) postage. What in the literal what. Still awaiting reply from the company…

Update: as of 6/19, a request to them to refund my purchase has not yet been fulfilled. They did reply to my initial email but have yet to issue a refund as requested.

Bought the sun hat on the postage only offer. This is my second hat previously bought the pink and grey and got the pale one this time. Arrived as expected. Great hat washes well and folds well.
