Cat has stayed here a few times now, and is always excellently cared for by the team, who make such an effort to get to know the cats who stay with them. He's a big fan of the heat lamps and all the attention he gets. Thank you all for looking after him so well.

Cristine and Wilson enjoyed their stay over Christmas 2025. They are regular guests at Goosehill Cattery always settle into their comfortable surroundings straight away.

When arriving back home they are chilled and calm. On Christmas day they had a great Toy Fish as a pressie, so kind. Our Fur family are always looked after so well and I'm always so happy with the personal care they receive.

George my cat is a regular guest at this luxury cattery. We had a friendly welcome and George was soon making himself at home. The care here is excellent, all designed to make the cats comfortable and happy from the heated beds to the fountain and shrubs outside. George likes watching the birds. He had been groomed and looked really happy and healthy. Thank you so much!

I have taken my cat here for a few years, it’s in a peaceful area and always really clean. The staff are all lovely and get to know your cat’s personality. I’m always confident she’s safe and well looked after.

Was very nervous putting our much loved kitty into a cattery, dont know why he was fine,he was very chilled when he returned home,definitely would recommend this cattery, very homely, lovely cattery, he will be staying again in February

This was my first time leaving my cat in the care of anyone but friends or family and the staff at Goosehill were amazing. So comforting and patient with my kitty, who was incredibly scared when I dropped her off.

Would highly recommend Goosehill cattery! I can’t thank them enough; the pens were clean and cosy andLuna was well cared for.

I would not like to leave my fur babies anywhere else. They are very well looked after & usually come home more groomed than when I dropped them off. I can’t thank them enough for looking after them.

Lovely to have been able to take Pumpkin back to Goosehill whilst we had a cheeky weekend away, just. We had to find a 2nd option in June last year when Goosehill was fully booked [lesson learned, there]. so convenient to where we live and Pumpkin comes back relaxed and happy to see us, we don't have to accept the silent treatment until she forgives us for leaving her. It almost like Goosehill is her 2nd home

Used a few times now, our cat instantly knows when she is there and takes a seat inside her little holiday home. She comes back well fed, relaxed and chilled.
Its lovely to be able to have a break away and for your family cat to be looked after in a caring way highly recommend.

We can’t recommend Goosehill Cattery enough! It was our first time leaving our cat, Stan, but from the moment we arrived the team put us completely at ease. We received lovely updates and photos throughout our holiday, which really reassured us that Stan had settled in and was enjoying his stay.

The facilities are fantastic – each cat has their own space with a cosy heated bed, and everything was beautifully clean and well-kept. The team took great care to note Stan’s feeding preferences and handled all his food supplies during his stay, which made things so easy for us.

Thank you to the whole team for taking such great care of our boy – we’ll definitely be back!

Elsa has come home relaxed and happy from an 11 night stay at your boarding cattery. She has been looked after well and the cat cam was worth every penny. I would highly recommend the staff at Goosehill Cattery, magnificent x

We recently left our cat Bella in the care of Goosehill Cattery. Even after reading high praise across many reviews, this was a difficult first time leaving her. However, on first meeting Julie, we were given all the assurance we needed that Bella would be well looked after in their care, discussing her feeding habits, and even offering to send a few snaps via WhatsApp when Bella was settled in (such a kind, personal touch we thought).

We'd like to thank Julie and Ian for taking such good care of Bella. It remains to be said that we'll have no hesitation in using Goosehill Cattery again in future.

Absolutely first class hotel for cats!! Julie and Team make you and your cat so welcoming putting you at ease straight away. Winnie thinks she is on holiday, her pen is lovely and clean with a beautiful view looking at the water fountain 😊 Julie sends regular updates of your pets with photos. Julie & Ian really do make a fuss of Winnie from regular treats to plenty of head and belly rubs. Would highly recommend this place 😊

This was the first time we had put our cat (Dexter) in a cattery, and were understandably apprehensive about it. Julie reassured us he would be very well looked after and showed us round where he would be staying. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and space available to Dexter. I had brought food for him, but was told to take it home as they had everything he would need! During our week away, we received a Whatsapp update to tell us he was doing fine and how much the staff loved making a fuss of him. When we went to pick him up, he didn't seem to be in a rush to leave :) I want to sincerely thank Julie and her team for taking such good care of him and Dexter will be coming for a holiday again soon.

My cats have enjoyed multiple stays at Goosehill this year. And each stay has been the same....care and love in abundance from Julie, Sharon and the gang. On this occasion my big ginger lad was slightly under the weather (due to a dental procedure the day before) but I had photos and updates from Julie to put my mind at rest. These wonderful people at Goosehill are the best.

The cattery is beautiful, clean and spacious. You can choose to have a live camera feed which you can watch from your phone. Julie and Ian really care about the cats and you can see they cuddle and spend time with them. Our cat Marcel was soon licking and headbutting them. The also provided the type of food he needed. A great experience for Marcel the cat and us. Would highly recommend. First timers have the piece of mind that they can see the live feed video.

Tiggy & Dippy stay at Goosehill several times a year. The owners Julie and Ian are very nice and it’s peace of mind knowing the girls are in safe hands. Highly recommend.

Teapot visits Goosehill a couple of times a year and I think she believes she is on a spa break. She is well looked after and Ian even sings her the Teapot song when she gets her treats. Julie will send you an update in case you are worried. The chalets are very clean and relaxing for the cats with the sound of water from the fountain and easy listening background music. The only issue I have is prying Teapot from under the heated lamp over her bed when it's time to go home.
