Goose Hill Cattery is really home from home and we can leave Keiko the cat knowing she will be very well cared for whilst we are away. That makes our break so much more enjoyable knowing Keiko is happy.

My old puss cat Tilly is 18 years old and stayed at Goosehill while I was in between homes, for just over 10 weeks. She was so well looked after and came back looking fatter than when she went in (very good news for a skinny old girl). I was so happy to see her and delighted by how calm and settled she was. Goosehill deserves its great reputation, I’m just sad that I’ve now moved to the other side of the country - they’re a hard act to follow. Thank you Julie for the photos and updates and for all of your reassurances.

We’ve used Goosehill a few times now and nothing but positive things to say. They look after our boys really well, regularly checking on them and keeping us updated with how they’re getting on. They also have a cat cam option which we love for that extra peace of mind.

Always a good experience seeing Julie and Ian again when leaving kitty for a stay. No worries and I know she will be cared for and looked after. She comes 'home', well, happy and serene. Lovely service and no doubt we will see you again soon.

This was Magnus’s second visit to Goosehill. From start to finish it’s such an easy process from the online booking and been able to book time slots too. Magnus has come home so calm and chilled even being a 6 month old kitten. Will definitely use again.

Our cat has been going for a few years to this holiday home. It’s very clean and in a nice surroundings. She’s very demanding and I’m always told she gets plenty of attention at feed times. She loves a big fuss. The owners are really nice and are very thorough with everything. I’d recommend anyone to let their cat stay here because our Daisy is always ok when she comes home again.

First time putting our 6 month old kitten in the cattery and he absolutely loved it. Great communication between the cattery to put our minds at ease. Plenty of room for him to bounce around and plenty of toys for him to play with!
Will definitely be using again in the future.

I needed somewhere for my cats to stay while I moved house and Goosehill cattery was recommended to me. Both my cats are timid and easily stressed but from the updates and pictures I received during their stay, it was obvious they were content and being well looked after.
I will use them again and recommend to others.

This is an excellent Cattery affording your cat both comfort and safety.
I booked my cats online and everything went to plan. Health documents are scrutinized before admission and you leave your cats in the knowledge that they are in safe hands.

We had used Goosehill many times with the previous owners. We are so pleased to be able to return again. Our experience has been positive from the start with the owners and staff being very friendly, helpful and supportive. Great to have the online booking system for ease. Was nice to receive a message and photos whilst our two were enjoying their catcation :) Plus felt reassured that our eldest who has epilepsy was in safe hands and not made to feel like it was extra hassle to look after him as we have felt at times at other places. Treats and requests were no problem either. Our bairns have already had two stays, booked for next year and came home chilled each time. What more could you ask for!

First time using this cattery after my local and much trusted one closed. Really great service, pick up and very flexible on times. I paid a little extra for Cat Cam so could see just how attentive the team were - and how the accommodation was kept very clean. It was reassuring to see how often staff went in to change the litter tray, replace food and water and their interactions with my cat. Would recommend and would definitely use again. Proud to be the companion of one of the noisiest cats they have had stay :)

My cat's misty and cocoa love going on their holidays here they are well looked after the cattery is lovely and clean and peaceful. They are looking forward to next time 😊

We booked our cat into Goosehill having recently moved to the area.
Our cat is of a very nervous disposition and is not good with noisy environments.
Having researched a few we chose Goosehill as it is very peaceful and in a self contained garden.
The Cattery is very well maintained, clean and Ian and Julie were both very helpful and friendly
I would recommend Goosehill and we will be using again.

We recently moved to the area and needed a new cattery for Sox and Bailey. We definitely found a gem. The cattery is in a lovely countryside setting and the pens themselves are facing a relaxing water feature and pond with music playing. Julie the owner is very welcoming and you can tell she really cares for her furry visitors. All food requirements are taken care of and she sent us pictures of the boys during our holiday. There is even a video camera option if you would like. Our boys have been 3 times and would not hesitate in taking them again. Definitely recommend.

First time our old boy has been in a cattery and was a great experience. Staff are friendly & welcoming and were keen to show us around. The room our boy had for his week was well sized and gave a nice view of the central garden area.
No hesitation putting him in again whenever we next get chance to go on holiday.

Our first time using this cattery and it won't be last. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Cat pens are so lovely, complete with heat lamps for those chilly days/nights, clean and airy. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be a returning customer

Goosehill Boarding Cattery is the only place we'd ever consider to leave our cat, Oliver. It ticks every box we could ask for. Julie and Ian are both lovely, and it's obvious that they treat the cats they care for just as their owners would. The cattery is in a quiet and tranquil area surrounded by wildlife to keep the cats entertained, and each chalet overlooks a stunning garden complete with water feature. The chalets are immaculately clean, large, and feature both an indoor and outdoor area, as well as a heated bed, and a little yellow seat from which to enjoy the garden view. If you're like us and your cat is part of the family, I'd highly recommend leaving them at Goosehill Boarding Cattery while you're on Holiday. They will be cared for in beautiful surroundings and basically have a little holiday of their own.
