All a fantastic service. But would say getting things online is harder if you need to change any details on your delivery... but still very good if you like online next day delivery. But I found going in store a very pleasant experience with all staff very lovely and friendly and able to help. I like seeing all the tents up as that's what I brought.

Lewis was extremely patient and helpful. He shared his own DofE experience, which my children found interesting!

We had a great visit to the Exeter branch of Go Outdoors. Harry could not have been more helpful in helping us select our trekking boots for the Atlas mountains. He was knowledgeable, able to provide some top tips from personal experience, and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision, and I believe we would have received the same service had we been 'just looking'.
Great experience and will definitely return again - well worth the 2+hour drive!

Lewis was exceptionally helpful as we looked at what was the best type of shoe to wear for our big trek he was patient really informative and went over above. Very very grateful and we bought a pair of shoes thank you.

Popped into the Exeter store to look at an e-bike. Josh was amazing, so knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. He is great credit to the store.

Alex was also very really helpful.

Briefly met the manager to give positive feedback & he clearly values his staff which also left a great impression.

Having spent over £400 in the Taunton store and the D of E discount not being applied properly we went into Exeter store. Cody and Harry were brilliant in sorting it out to refund us the discount owed.

James was amazing!!! He was very helpful and showed us everything I need for my DofE. I would 100% recommend going to go outdoors to find your equipment!

I went into Exeter store after having new bike issues.
Met Alix who is doing a bike apprenticeship. He was absolutely fabulous! He couldn’t do enough to help me out. He was very efficient and knowledgable and made the whole experience a breath of fresh air. This chap is a credit to go-outdoors and I am one very happy customer.

The young gentleman that served us was extremely helpful, even changed a item we selected which was damaged and we had not noticed so well done him

The sales assistant was excellent. We needed a refund on a purchase we were collecting and then a repurchase of the same shoes as when we ordered them the Go Outdoors card wasn’t accepted. Apparently due to there not being an email address attached to it. This was rectified by the sales assistant.

Excellent customer service.
Ordered online the wrong item was delivered. This item was worth far more than the item I ordered.
I attended the nearest store to exchange the item. This exchange was conducted with excellent service and I left with the item I had originally ordered with a discount. Thank you

I was trying to find walking boots and Harry was incredibly helpful as well as being endlessly patient!

Alix was super helpful assisting me in the purchase of a replacement gas bottle and regulator.

Trying to find some new approach shoes Lewis was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the different fittings of the different brands, rigidity of soles etc and most suitable ones for the job. Helped take our stuff to the tills. Fantastic experience and really appreciated Lewis’s helpful but non invasive manner, well done
