Great in store experience
Attended the Hull store to pick up a collection, only to find a few other bargains, along with a great prompting to visit the massive sales section from store assistant Hannah, who was amazing with advice and assistance. Came out with an absolute armful of bargains.

Adam helped us when chosen the right…
Adam helped us when chosen the right chair for are camping trip. He was patient ,friendly and professional.He also multitasked as other customers were asking him to help them at the same time. He was polite and had really good communication skill to make sure that all were looked after. He went into the back of the store to look for other chair options and also demonstrated putting them up and down and then carried them to the till for me which led to a successful sale. Didn’t even go in for that but customer service was amazing so ended up getting a double camping chair for me and my daughter! Thanks Adam

Bought some walking boots today
Adam the sales consultant was really helpful and patient getting me many pairs of boots I wanted to try. No pushy sales listened to what I wanted and obviously making sure they were a good fit I requested a few pairs. Finally bought a branded scarpa pair lovely lite weight and perfect fit. Cost me more than I originally wanted to pay but buy the best buy once as recently being caught out buying cheaper and them not fitting properly.
Not a bad range in stock with patient polite friendly staff.
