Great knowledge of the product range and great aftersales service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable man at the till called Dave Robert's.
He was happy to give advice on fishing to my son.
This is now his favourite shop for fishing tackle.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable and sought advice when not sure.
Willow helped me find sizes in a walking shoe. Extremely pleasant and helpful and great communication skills.

The friendly staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable especially Andrea who helped us with choosing walking boots and raincoats for our grandchildren

Dave R Fishing was absolutely fantastic! He was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He really went the extra mile to help the boys, giving them great tips and advice on fishing and making sure they had a brilliant experience. Dave was friendly, patient and genuinely went above and beyond.

Needed a couple of pairs of walking shoes, Angie was very knowledgeable and helpful. Came out with exactly what we wanted, perfect 😁

Visited this go outdoors today and had a very good experience with excellent customer service. When we came the other day we purchased an item and ended getting home and the item wasn’t in the box. On returning, Jan on the tills was very helpful and managed to sort the issue very quickly and was very apologetic. Great customer service and will be returning

I bought a tent today and I was really impressed with the service. Dave R (Fishing section) was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable.

I went in today to purchase some clothing for my son. Angie had some great suggestions and helped find walking boots for him in the correct size, she was so helpful and kind. We managed to get everything we needed and he’s very excited for his camping trip! The store is always well stocked and organised and we usually find exactly what we need. Helpful staff on the checkout too.

Due to the incomprehensible layout of your departments when all I wanted was a useful, easy to wear pair of sandals, I was getting highly irritated when a delightful lady came along who knew where everything was that I was investigating. This angel named appropriately enough, 'Angie' understood my mission exactly, and took me through the various locations of the footwear I wanted to sample. Due to her advice, i found what I needed and wanted, leading to a satisfactory purchase. Your layout sucks, your staff make up for your marketing departments shortcomings.

Bit of a palava last visit. Wouldnt give me my 10% off code as product already discounted yet I could use it online? Tried to use a one4all card which apparently cant use in store but can online? Very embarrassing to say the least. Bought mew member card as mine had expired but then had to wait for it to link to my account so that i could order everything online but then had to go back in to collect for free. Staff were lovely though :)

I took my son to get his first fishing rod, whilst looking a gentleman approached and asked if we needed any help? Which of course we did! This guy did not only take his time to explain about rods he took the time to make sure my son understood everything we was buying, I didn’t manage to get his name (maybe Dave), but he was ex-military and a asset to this company, well done to you sir.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service at GO Outdoors Kidderminster

We visited GO Outdoors Kidderminster yesterday to buy a roof box for our car, and we honestly couldn’t fault the customer service we received from start to finish.
As we were taking the roof box out of the store, Andrea asked if we would like the box opened for us and even offered to take away all the cardboard packaging, which was really helpful.
While fitting the roof box in the car park, we discovered that some of the bolts were missing from the box — absolutely no fault of GO Outdoors. We went back inside and Andrea and Matt couldn’t have been more helpful. They managed to find the bolts we needed from their display model so that we could get everything fitted and be on our way.
Throughout the whole experience, we were kept informed and Andrea and Matt did everything they possibly could to get the problem sorted for us.
It’s so refreshing to receive such genuinely helpful and friendly customer service. A huge thank you to the team at GO Outdoors Kidderminster — you really went above and beyond for us today. We’ll definitely be returning! ⭐️👏

Staff were really friendly and answered any questions we asked.

I'm still waiting for a reply to my email to customer service about a refund. I believe I was charged for an item I actually returned. I questioned this in store and was told it was correct. I emailed customer service to ask them to confirm I had been given the correct information and would receive a full refund but I'm still waiting.
