Very welcoming and accomadating. Offered help with finding everything I needed for Download festival, with a smile. Excellent customer services and answered questions proffessionally and guided me along the way. Henry was very helpful. Great service but AWFUL how hot it is in there for the workers
We were served by Meena and she was so pleasant and helpful, if I could give two reviews with one being 5* for her service I would but the shopping experience itself was awful with how unbelievably hot it was. I can’t understand how such a big company expects its employees to work in such a hot and stuffy environment. Props to her for still being so kind and friendly in such a suffocating environment.

Rendered Useless.
Purchased replacement air tube for berghaus air 6 tent, the box had been opened and the valve removed rendering the replacement tube useless, as was on site camping this was a very bad experience.

Great store
Great store - variety of kit and clothing for hiking. My only wish is for Go Outdoors to stock Lowa (womens) hiking footwear. Surprised to find out there is a parking time limit for customers - Hoping the store supervisor is able to liaise with the parking company on my behalf, having needed to do a lot of browsing for upcoming mountain hikes, and having a member of my family with me who has a disability and requires additional time. Thank you to Saskia and the other ladies for your assistance in the women's clothing area.
