GO Outdoors - Southampton Reviews 

Website is good and easy to use. The only gripes are that Go Outdoors doesn't have an App and therefore a way of adding you membership card to your Apple Wallet. Also it would be good to have an easy way to see when your membership runs out on an app for iOS. Staff were great and friendly when I picked up my item at the Millbrook store.

Delivered as ordered, no problems.

After visiting the Southampton store last week, we spent a long time discussing the purchase of a tent with a very enthusiastic member of staff. Because of this lengthy discussion, we were in the store for 2 hours and 37 minutes — longer than the parking time allowed.

We were parked in a disabled bay and clearly displayed our Blue Badge. Today, I received a parking fine from IPC for overstaying. I contacted the store and asked if they could arrange for the charge to be cancelled, as we had been genuine customers spending considerable time in-store discussing a potential purchase.

Unfortunately, they refused, stating that IPC is a private company and that they are unable to cancel the charge. I know this is untrue, as these parking companies are contracted by the stores and charges can be cancelled where appropriate.

Please be aware if parking at the Southampton store. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Paul F helped massively as he helped pick out a rucksack, sleeping bag and more speaking from previous experiences. We didn't know what we were doing until Paul came over and went through everything that we needed. He is amazing, thank you.
