Fair exchange
In April I purchased some Meindle walking shoes but after only a few weeks I noticed some loose stitching on the toe cap of the right shoe. I went back to Go Outdoors to see if they could help. I spoke to couple of staff members Jonathan firstly on shoes and boots and Alex who, on closer inspection, noticed the slow had come away from the main body of the shoe. something I had not seen. It was immediately decided I should have a replacement pair of the same shoe. These guys were very honest, helpful and knowledgeable. A credit to the company.

Inaccurate details about stock levels
The stock of the item I wanted was shown on the web site as low not out of stock. I first tried to buy it as part of a larger order and it was not supplied. I checked the web site it was still shown as available but low stock so I ordered it again and again the order was cancelled. Currently the item is still shown as in stock in low numbers. Very poor service in my opinion.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your recent orders.
We’re very sorry to hear that the same item was available to purchase but then later cancelled, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
While we do have systems in place to maintain accurate stock levels, unfortunately discrepancies can occasionally occur. Please be assured that we have now escalated this issue so the item can be removed from the website, helping to prevent further disappointment for other customers.
We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to provide you with a much improved experience in the future.
Kind Regards
GO Outdoors Customer Care
