The watch turned up broken with the spinning wheel sticking to the outer casing. They asked me to provide videos, which I did, but they said they couldn't see anything wrong with it. Over 3 weeks ago I asked for a refund on the day it was delivered. They've now stopped responding to my emails. Watch is a piece of crap, and 'customer service' is abysmal. Do not be fooled by the flashy website, or the blatantly false offer of a '30 day hassle free return'.

Do not use that company. They promised that my watch (the only gift for my 10 years old boy) would arrive on time for Christmas. Delivery estimated for Dec 18- Dec 23. And guess what? We are dec 24 and no watch. I am so disappointed. Do not do the same mistake as me. Have a merry Christmas.

The watch broke in a few weeks. They don't respond to return requests. Don't buy it.

Cuidado con esta empresa, es un fraude!!!!
Compramos un reloj por 89euros, y cuando nos llego no nos gusto y contactamos con ellos para devolverlo , aquí viene la trampa , no tienen ningún tel asociado y solo puedes escribirles a través de un correo electrónico o un formulario de devolución ( ambos son la misma dirección) y no te responden , la pagina dice que tienes 30 días para la devolución , llevamos 2 semanas ? Y 6 correos y 3 formularios y nadie te responde!!
Como compres el reloj te quedas con el porque no puedes devolverlo, Hay que denunciar!!!
