Lovely people
Super fast turnaround and great product. Really nice customer service too.

Very poor customer service
Equipment ordered was of good quality but too small. The item was returned at my cost (not a problem) but then Gorilla Workwear take a 25% restocking fee? Unbelievable. What exactly does that cover? The item had not been worn, only tried on. It was returned in pristine condition.
Refund was a joke too. Waited 2 weeks and heard nothing. They then lied and said it had already been issued and I was to wait 3-5 days. Waited another 7 days and finally received the refund minus the 25% 'restocking fee.' I will not be using this company again and have advised my colleagues to do the same!
