Government Auction Reviews

Tom Richerson is a phenomenal asset to the Government Auction team. His professionalism and responsiveness were exceptional—even while I was deployed and unable to maintain regular contact, Tom ensured I was taken care of. He consistently provided a variety of strategic options for managing my properties, making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend working with him and look forward to partnering with him on future properties.

The Customer Service Rep by the name of Sylvia Flores, was such an AMAZING and knowledgeable helper to me. Her Customer Service went above and beyond!! Please let her know she made my day for knowing her Job and believing in her Customers!! God Bless her!!

They were attentative, responded timely to my questions ( I asked a few) an all-around great experience! Definitely look to make more purchases

This company doesn't explain clearly that you have to pay for credits in order to bid for their products. They also won't allow you any information without demanding some sort of payment. I don't give out that information without knowing what I am bidding for.

completed transaction with great help from auctioneer

I'm glad I chose this company to work with because they listen and help. Exceptional staff who are knowledgeable and nice. Thank you!

Outstanding Team,

Very helpful and professional, like Tim, Sylvi, and Yolanda on your side, advising and supporting your needs...makes life that much easier. The very best in customer service... thank you for all that you do!

This company is great if you want an amazing deal on your own land! I received my contract promptly, the closing and payment processes were easy and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. When I found a discrepancy between the ad and the actual property that impacted what I would be able to do with the land, Tim at Government Auction investigated the ad and then fully refunded me my payments. It was truly appreciated. God bless you. Brenda C.

Sylvia answered all of my questions after explaining the process. Her customer service skills are top-ranked. She does an excellent job of representing Government Auctions while they do an excellent job of providing a seamless and simple affordable way for average citizens to become landowners.

A auction where you actually win bids for a awesome price, so much good stuff that you don't have to enter a bidding war. I'm going to be spending a lot of time on this site.

She is the best knows her job , and great at what she does , you go lady. You need a raise lady!!!!!!

Sylvia Flores was very helpful. So I’m having issues accessing my land I called the office to let them know the situation and Ms.Sylvia Flores is helping me she is very quick responding my emails she is not leaving me in the shadows so I do thank you for that.

Helpful staff and great service lhis Web site is the best

Yolanda returned my email with a phone call as I requested. She spent 48 minutes clearing up some entanglements that were due to outside agencies.

One was property boundaries.

A second was deed recording and tracking.

A third was a confused mortgage company and an escrow company trying to close on an equity loan from a different borrower and different property, but had me listed as lender.

I was leery of an internet property transaction. Yolanda's performance convinced me that governmentauction.com is a good credible company.

Great packaging!

Great work! Quick answer.

Great and trusted business! Amazing and fast customer service!

Yolanda is the best. She answered my questions, helped me with options. It was easy to make my final decision utilizing her knowledge. Thank you. Win Win for all.
