Amazing service

5* Plus customer service from Will G at GPR
My partner and myself just want say how amazing, helpful, paient and knowledgeable Will Garner was today.
He made the visit to GPR very pleasant with his outstanding customer service. Nothing was to much trouble for him , he couldnt been anymore helpful if he tried .
He honestly is one off the best, if not the best store assistant I’ve ever come across. We cannot thank Will enough and he is a total credit to your store .

Very disappointing
I ordered a bag and rain suit. The rain suit was out of stock and it was stated that that would be on back order but no mention of the bag not being sent till the rain suit was available. This arrived too late for my son’s birthday present and only after I chased it up. As of yet, I still haven’t received a rain suit and ordered on 13 June!!
