This company is useless,
First I’m sent the wrong item,
Secondly when they sent the right item it was damaged
Thirdly they said they would get the new item in the post within a few hour and would be sent a Royal Mail tracking number which I didn’t receive nor did I receive the item.they said Royal Mail attempted to deliver said item which it didn’t and I’m still waiting.
Dreadful experience and cost me extra money to bring back the carpenter.

Reading this review, we're honestly shocked. We did everything we could, we bent over backwards to rectify the initial error made by our supplier, despite receiving what can only be called an abusive email from you, we did all that we could. Our supplier sent out a replacement immediately, the tracking shows (and we have proof of this) delivery was attempted on Saturday, the NEXT DAY, but you were not in. Delivery (second attempt) was made today.
What an unkind and wholly unfair review, however we still do wish you the very best .

Not all products come with fixings, and this is because depending on the wall the item is being fixed to depends on what fixings may be required. Regarding the finish, this doesn't sound right, we always recommend customers report any faults straight away, this this would have given us a chance to rectify the problem.

The picture shelves we bought were beautiful, even better than the photos, really high quality and very sturdy. The website was set up to provide beautiful things and has succeeded with bells on. The shelves came in a very sturdy box so arrived in perfect condition without loads of tape and packaging. We didn't have to wait long for them either. We are already recommending them.
