Above and beyond! My ordered product was out of stock and I was offered similar replacement product what I was more than happy to recieve. I did ask as well for product to be sent at short notice. So Gratiae contact person by name Galuh Mega assured me will try to accommodate my request. So it was done, it took only few days to recieve order. Should say, this is the best customer service I have recieved in last years to accommodate customer.

Hab eine Augenserum-Probe dieser angeblichen Naturkosmetik in die Hand gedrückt bekommen in einem Shopping-Center und mich kurz gefreut.
Nach einem Blick auf die Inhaltsstoffe weiß ich es jetzt besser. Hauptbestandteile sind Silikon und Crosspolymer. Also definitiv KEINE NATURKOSMETIK sondern Kunden Verarschung.

I had a similar high pressurised sales ‘attack’ in Riga airport. Huge prices and then miraculously the price could be dropped dramatically if I promised to promote the product. There is no way I’d spend 400 euros on an impulse buy. Horrible experience

The face crème I got from Gratiae helped me avoid irritation after shaving, my face feels smooth and refreshed. The customer service was great also and they answered all of the questions I had! Overall a great experience.

I made my first purchase in Naples and instantly fell in love! The Apple Green Tea Scrub and Body Butter are absolutely amazing—they completely cleared up my dry skin and even helped improve my eczema. I’m beyond grateful!

The sales tactics are incredibly aggressive and felt cult-ish. I was with them within Riga Airport and they were asking me to transfer money from friends and family to pay for the product (as I said I couldn’t afford it due to just being on holiday!), that they would lower the price if I went to Instagram to promote their product etc. They told me that the Reviving Peeling Gel was €250 and that they would do me a “special deal” of €150 and then dropped it to €125. The irony is that the lower price of €159.99 is the sales price online and that you can get an additional 25% off online and gain free products. The product itself seemed good but the sales tactics and outright lies are completely inappropriate for a business. Train your staff better and treat potential customers with more respect

Once you’ve used the AHA Gratiae cleansing foam, you shouldn’t switch to a different cleansing foam.

I ordered the exfoliator and unfortunately received a damaged box. Shirley quickly replaced it with a new one and even let me keep the damaged product. Exceptional and speedy customer service!

Terrible experience! Don't trust them
I paid for quite expensive creams and they never arrived. The costumer service did not help me at all and my money was stolen. No product, no reimbursement.
