At first I thought it was another gimmick to get you to watch advertisements, but then what they're paying you is well worth it, the games are fun, even the advertisements have a comical look to them, overall I felt well paid for my time and the payouts were instant, I love what the company has done integrating it with your Google wallet, it's convenient, thank you all for your hard work and dedication, I've had Gravypass for about 1 month and I've made $200 plus, not bad for playing the games I love with the amount of time that I had to play,

I got an immediate response. I was so sure I lost my money but immediately it was resolved and my money was there. I was so happy to email a person and not AI generated response. Thank You!!!!

I had an issue and they fixed it right away and I got my payout like in less than a minute. Great experience with them so far.

I love this app and they don't play around when you win they pay. There's a lot of fun games.

As Someone who has tried most of the reward apps out. This is literally the only one I still have and continue to use. Instant cashouts to multiple options, PayPal is what I personally use and always have the money within 5 minutes.
The support team is one of a kind compared to every other company, quick responses, SAME DAY not 16 weeks later and has sorting out any issue I’ve had same day. Definitely the only place I play games through anymore

Put my account under review over a week ago after I used their support function to tell them that they hadn't awarded me properly for an offer. They've given me credits for all completed goals but the 1 coupon that would have doubled my rewards from a single goal. They said it was suspicious that I made so much in a short period of time, despite me verifying every step of the way.

I absolutely love Gravy Pass.. I am literally playing one game so much they froze my account(only for a second ) because I’m blowing through the levels lol..they have so many fun games and they pay out and pay out fast. Like I said I had one hiccup for an understandable reason but they fixed it within the hour and I was still able to play. Get Gravy Pass!!! Fun and you can actually make some cash thx Heather Rae

I’ve made money quickly and efficiently with this program; it’s becoming one of my top earners (and I’ve tried everything)—plus, the customer service has definitely earned my #1 ranking!

I’m awful with technology and have gotten flagged a few times, but Ace resolved the issue quickly and kindly. I’d definitely recommend this program!

Note: I feel obligated to acknowledge that the company does charge a small fee to cash out, but the rewards are significantly higher here than with other apps/websites, so you still come out on top. Just be aware so you aren’t taken aback!

Well, after I left this review, all the help dried up. I can’t get anyone to return my messages, and I’m out money. It’s a shame.

I love gravypass. Customer service is awesome. Very nice and quickly responds and fixes the issue. The games are fun and payout is prompt. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to make extra cash.

My account was blocked I reply to rep and sent what documents they needed. I sent all screenshot screenshot of the document and they reviewed it and my account was unlocked. Fast friendly customer service.

Let's me say, Yes I had a couple issues 2 but my 2 issues I had were resolved so quickly I might as well not even mention them. The support person was very helpful and personal. I felt as if I had own personal person to help me he was very thorough not just telling me the problem, they explained it and even directions to fix it and how to avoid in the future. Yes the best fast too, and shouldnt have been spoken about, but had to only to express my experience.

My account was recently flagged for suspicious activity, and I currently have a balance of $69.86 in my wallet. This occurred after I spent $35 completing promotional offers.

Specifically, I spent $4.99 on two separate offers in two different games and did not receive the corresponding rewards. After contacting support, I was credited $10; however, I am still owed an additional $10 for the second completed offer.

I provided screenshots and receipts as proof of purchase and completion. Despite supplying this documentation, my account was flagged without a clear explanation, and my attempts to obtain clarification have not been addressed.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I intend to escalate it by filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting my bank to dispute the charges, providing all supporting documentation, including screenshots, transaction receipts, wallet balances, and relevant activity records.

I respectfully request a thorough review of my account and a prompt resolution to this matter.

This particular gaming app was great in the beginning, good games payments were prompt as was customer service when needed and it seems like most people would or go agree.Im not sure how committed most are to the games and I would assume most rarely make it past a few bucks before moving on to the next game for smaller but quicker payout but I continue on for the higher payouts and that's where the problems start, it is a constant battle back and forth due to the so called system that flags me for unusually high rewards or suspicious pattern if I collect more than 15 bucks in an hour which is absurd being you can spend 10 bucks on two different games and make 20 back but then your flagged suspicious and have to prove yourself meanwhile they hold your earnings and I've had one instance where they took money I had earned then stated the balance I had viewed was the total amount overall and even after that gaslit comment I didn't insult the situation but I did provide the math off their own platform proving my case and I literally had to show them the letters I was sending to the attorney general, rrc and BBB to get the response " box you sure are fun I don't know what your talking about but I credited your account its not worth yours or our time " in an email. It's really unfortunate though the smart a** can hide behind his computer and catch no accountability though where I come from people that lacked respect were usually pretty easily taught but anyway if you plan on committing and making a few hundred bucks or more off the app be prepared it def slows down and you have to keep up with your gameplay and earnings good luck

Customer service is good on response time. Very nice and friendly. They just asked for some details and gave me step by step directions on how to get that info and as soon as they reviewed it the problem was resolved. Aside from that, this is my #1 rated and recommended app. It can take some time to "really earn" but it does so well once you do

Since medically being retired I have been playing games to earn money to help with medical expenses and this really helps! I play a lot so it adds up quickly! Love it 😊

Customer service is excellent. When my account was flagged for possible suspicious activity, they were great at getting it unlocked and getting the rewards I had earned to me quickly. Their response time was virtually instantly. Was frustrated at first, but all around great experience!
