The Graduate Recruitment Bureau are truly the best recruitment service I have ever used! Not only do they always find job opportunities for you but they also do everything they can for you. With the help from the GRB I have got my first job after university and I’m not sure I could of got such a good opportunity without them and I want to thank them for helping me start my career!

I got approached by Molly as she had a role that she thought would be perfect for me. She was so lovely and attentive for the whole interview process, making sure I felt prepared and I could ask her any questions at any time. And thanks to her I was successful in getting the job! I would recommend her and the GRB to any recent graduate looking for a job. So much info and so helpful!

I would highly recommend GRB based on my recent experience with Julia Owen. Julia was a pleasure to talk to, with a positive and friendly outlook but also really informative too. GRB were great at keeping me informed throughout the process and also ran prep sessions before the interview which is a nice touch. Most importantly I got the job so thank you very much!

James was super supportive throughout the whole recruitment process. He kept me informed during any delays and made sure I was prepared for each stage of interviews.

Grace help me massively when I was put forward for a role, she was always happy to help and answer any question I had. I’ve recommended GRB to everyone that will listen as it feels like they care and want you to succeed.

Owen and Carla was great in helping me secure a new graduate job! They were always there to answer any questions and give me some good tips and tricks for the interview process. They made the stress of finding a new job as a fresh graduate a seamless process and we're absolutely amazing throughout! Definitely recommend!

Owen, Reece and Julia were incredibly professional and extremely supportive. They showed genuine openness and interest during the whole progression of my application. They always contacted me after the interviews I had with a company, which shows true down-to-earth support and awareness.

They further provided reliable supporting materials and all extended updates with great notice, in preparation any interviews. Moreover, they were all very committed on my day of the interviews, to ensure that my journey and parking were all smooth, whilst further offering alternatives to any issues I had at any time.

They really do go above the expectations and go into the personal level of support for a candidate, to ensure all comfort and confidence is enhanced in a candidate.

Jake was fantastic throughout the whole process, he was attentive and answered any questions/issues that I may have had throughout the interview and onboarding process. In a world where it’s increasingly difficult to secure graduate employment, GRB & Jake did a wonderful job and I’m thrilled to have been offered and accepted a position.

The GRB are one of the few recruitment agencies for graduates that really seem keen to help you. Ian was great, always first to call me and keep me updated on application progress.

I've spoken with various recruiters about roles and whilst they weren't all bad I have to give a low rating based on the lack of transparency and false promises. Which as a candidate especially during this job market is very disheartening.

I've spoken with over 8 recruiters about roles that were inadequate or not aligned with what I had on my profile or what I've applied to. For context I work in sales and wanted to transition into marketing which I have a degree and experience in. I was constantly contacted about sales roles. (This was not in my preferences)
*I was never contacted based on roles that i'd applied for or were in my preference*

I would explain to each recruiter roles I would be open to, to which they would ensure they've updated on my profile or had 'sent' to the right team. Which was never the case.

I would often receive emails about roles they were hiring for and would put forward my interest, to receive no follow up. Seems as though I was only being exposed to sales roles.

In one instance I had a great conversation with a recruiter whom said they would follow up with me, but didn't, completely ghosted me. I appreciate they have a heavy workload but don't make promises if you cannot follow up on them.

This is a shame, because they advertise many great roles and it just feels like they want to fill them quickly for commission. I've heard many great experiences but in my case i feel like they were just trying to push me into other sales roles because of my experience and ignored everything else about my profile and other experiences.

I really tried hard over the course of the year to work alongside GRB in finding a role, but they constantly approached me about inadequate roles.

As a candidate in this tough market, honesty truly is the best policy, nothing worse than waiting for a call thats never coming.

I had heard a lot about GRB, so I reached out to them to help me find a graduate job. I spoke with one of their team members and put my name forward for a role, only for her to call me after it had already been filled. She promised to send me details about another role, but then completely forgot about it. I followed up via email and received no response.

I understand recruiters are busy, but if you say you're going to do something, follow through. I later applied for another role and was questioned about why I wanted to explore that sector, as my degree wasn't directly related—like I'm not allowed to be open-minded? Then I was told I wasn’t suitable because I lived 20 minutes further than what the company wanted.

She also made a point of saying these companies want “TOP GRADES” from “TOP UNIVERSITIES,” despite the fact that I have a 2:1 from a respectable university. They knew my grades and the university I attended before contacting me, so why waste my time? Just send an email if I’m not suitable. I found it disappointing because if you're recruiting graduates, you should be a bit more helpful than that.

Tieneke was so helpful throughout the whole job application process. At the assessment centre Tieneke and Hannah were there to really calm my nerves and prepped me for the tasks ahead. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is going through the job application process.

Great service Especially different people helping me in specific sectors. Would highly recommend GBR.
