"Greecefloristonline" beware of incorrect on-line delivery promises and refund problems
I ordered a funeral wreath (sympathy flowers) on-line on the 06 July for same day deliver as was clearly quoted on the “Greecefloristonline" webpage. Subsequently paid via PayPal and the order was confirmed, then later received an e-mail stating that the flowers/wreath could not be delivered until the next day which would have been too late for the early morning funeral. After numerous amount of e-mail correspondence I eventually managed to cancel the order and requested an immediate refund of the E.224:25, eventually I received a refund of only E.212:19 "Greecefloristonline" had charged me the PayPal transaction fee of E.12:06 even though the reason for cancellation was that they were not able to fulfil the quoted promise of a Same-Day delivery. In this respect in it is not a question of money but business integrity - I should not have been charged a transaction fee for a service that "Greeceflorisonline”" were unable to provide. When I queried this, I was told that the case was closed because I had received a refund be it for less than the amount I paid!!!! Distinct lack of Business integrity and false on-line delivery claim.
