Green mopeds were great with their advice as buying a bike was completely new to me. They were great in that they had all the main contenders there to try but directed me to the Super Soco CPX based on my size (6'4") as it was the only one I fitted on. 3 weeks on and they delivered to my home in Dorset. I'm really pleased with the bike. It's really easy to ride, speedy, quiet, comfortable. It's got decent acceleration and enough umph to keep up with traffic other than on a dual carriage way. I'm glad I took the option to add the taller windshield.

I spent a while choosing an L3 electric scooter wanting something with classic lines, a removable battery, and a decent spec. My choice was heavily influenced by the fact I had been a Vespa rider for the previous 20 years. My first visit to green mopeds was in the summer of 2021 when they were in Teddington, a difficult to get to compared to their current place in Brentford. Jeremy showed me the Artisan EVC, a good-looking bike. The battery weighed a ton, and I was not convinced. By the summer of 2022 the Lexmoto LX06 had been launched. I liked its lines the spec but for some reason was hesitant. By June 2023 I had bought the LX06. It’s such fun to ride and I am totally hooked on electric for urban travel. I would rate green mopeds as follows:
10/10 for patience
10/10 for test rides
10/10 for expertise, see their you tube videos.
10/10 for a well-chosen range of bikes

Affordable,Extensive knowledge about the products, knows exactly which does what and helped me decide on which bike to buy based on my living arrangements and commuting to work; made me feel both understood and enlightened about the bikes and the bike I chose in the end.. 3 months later still very happy with my decision.. Very friendly, personable and honest staff. A good selection of mopeds and good knowledge of their features. They were also very helpful with servicing my bike when it had a faulty circuit.

The Horwin CR6 supplied by Green-Mopeds has been on the road for the last two months (1,300 miles) and has turned out to be great for me (New to bike riding with an engine).
The speedometer over reports and on/off chimes and windows start up sounds are hard to ignore, unfortunately. However, all this was expected because Jeremy spends the time setting out detailed reviews which in my case with the CR6, has turned out to be relevant and accurate.
Delivered to the door in the Midlands on the due date. Great service from Green-Mopeds. Just now need someone to service it....

From the website to when I walked into the showroom, Jeremy was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me great advice on the best bike for my needs.

The product range at Green Mopeds is amazing, and they have something for everyone. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the Horwin EK3. It's a stylish, powerful, and well-made bike that has exceeded all of my expectations.

The after-sales service at Green Mopeds is just as good as their sales service. They're always available to answer my questions and provide me with advice. I've also had my bike serviced by recommended partners a few times, and they've always done a great job too.

Great product knowledge, especially the live ride video reviews done by Jeremy which provide great insight and allow a more informed decision before purchase. Only marked down to due to post purchase care after concerns raised about my Horwin EK3.

UPDATE:
I accept the issues are due to poor engineering on the manufacturers behalf, but my business is with Green Mopeds with whom I purchased the bike. I would therefore expect you to deal with them and ensure a replacement would be offered where faults cannot or will not be remediated. I am still awaiting a response regarding the chain vibrations which was reported at the time of 300 mile service you mentioned, then again raised a couple of months later and chased up once again, yet still no response. It would save having this conversation publicly if you could contact me and provide an official response in writing from the manufacturer as originally requested.

I bought an electric bike, and even though there were initial delays in getting it, I find Jeremy very helpful with the setup and we are in general happy with the product.

Buying a new bike is a big decision - replacing a Triumph after 18 years and deciding to go electric is one that I needed a lot of help with! There are undoubtedly a lot of issues with new tech in the EV sector, and Green-Mopeds have been very transparent about the process behind the scenes and have provided practical solutions and advice.

Every issue I've had since purchase has been fixed under warranty without questions or hassle.

They are knowledgeable about all their bike specs, range, top speed, battery class, power, etc. that deciding which bike to purchase took me 5 minutes.
