I have never used this site before but i would certainly recommend. Unlike some online sites I've used before I was proactively communicated with all the way and delivery was on time. We bought a walnut sideboard for our dining room and we are extremely happy with the quality. Will use again!

Excellent Service. I ordered some dining chairs in 3 separate orders. Each time they were delivered promptly and they called to prearrange a delivery day to suit me. The chairs are modern and look great with my Italian style table.

Unni & Evans were good, but I've got fed up of deleting the non stop requests for feedback. Sorry, but I'm sick of them. Please make them stop.

In response to your response. I understand your need for measurement and feedback, but you need to realise that the requests are a part of the customer experience that you are creating. Be careful in your desire to seek feedback that you don't provide a different customer experience to the one you'd ideally want.

Company kept in touch with us every step of the way. Answered all our queries and the furniture arrived when they said it would. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Furniture excellent quality and everyone who has visited our home has made such lovely comments about it.

I was kept informed of every step by email.
I also received information about my delivery day, which was within a few days of my order, and had a phone call when the driver was about 45 minutes away from my house.
Furniture was packaged well, and we are really pleased with it.

Quick delivery, package professionally and easy to assemble

I was very impressed with the overall service. Regular communication via email, phone calls and texts made the process clear. We ordered a bookcase and sideboard which are excellent quality and look impressive in our living room. Initially we had a problem with the sideboard but a replacement was organised very quickly and again with full communication about when it would be delivered. Overall, I would recommend Unni and Evans and would definitely order from them again. Their customer service was A*. Thank you! 😀

Purchased a dining room table and bench. Everything went as planned. Company very helpful, kept me informed of every development. Delivery very well organised.
The table is solid as a rock, well built and easy to assemble, same for the bench. No skimping on the material or MDF here! Bit darker in colour than the online pictures but it is one of the reclaimed wood ones so a bit of variation is probably expected. Overall can't fault the company and will certainly consider purchasing from them in the future.

This is my 2nd order and my 4th item of furniture. The quality and service is excellent. Very happy customer

Nice piece of furniture, solid and well finished with a price not much higher than cheap looking laminate. Delivery was quick and easy as their communication was excellent.
