Won’t be ordering again and deleting account. I am a fan of grenade and have ordered plenty (and purchase from shops) and twice I have been let down by them over products bought, once regarding purchasing the advent calendar early to secure a special price, to then find out another lower special price was launched just in time for advent. I contacted them and was basically told, oh well that was the price you paid. I’d have waited for advent to purchase but it was made out that the price I paid was going to be the lowest - wrong it was slashed to half price - £27. This time its over a product of £3.40 that was missing. Requesting photos of the delivery how it had arrived when opened (don’t they realise I could have just removed the product for the photo?) then to photograph the weight of the box to ascertain if the product was missing. It was a small jar and I don’t believe would have made much difference to the weight, plus it was paper recycling day so the box had been destroyed and taken straight out to the bins. Will not be purchasing again and taking my custom elsewhere.

I did not receive my full order
I did not receive my full order. I informed of the issue and got an immediate response which was good. It has now been over 5 days with no further responses or resolution. This company seem to be all about advertising and nothing about service. Hopefully it will be resolved either with the missing product or refund in the next few days.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience of purchasing from Grenade after usually ordering from them. Although I used the discount code link provided in their SMS, the free gift advertised wasn’t included in my email and after an initial response all follow up communications from my side have been ignored by them. A shame as I used to purchase their products quite regularly but now will no longer be doing so.
