Good germination rate in comparison to branded names, excellent service, well recommended company to deal with.

Order seeds on the 8 June still waiting for delivery. Email twice but no answer . not good as it's my first order. Wouldn't recommend them at the moment

Terrible company avoid at all costs. They sell products they haven't even got in stock.
I ordered £35 worth of vegetable seeds on the 12th of April. 3weeks later still no seeds had arrived and by that time it was too late to plant some of them. I asked them to take the ones it was too late to be planted to be taken off the order and refunded. I received a one word message saying REFUND. It didn't state if they had refunded the ones I couldn't grow or the full order but it said it would be in my bank in 5 to 10 working days. 3weeks later and still no refund in the bank. It took another message to the company stating I would be taking the case further if it wasn't put back in the bank. Eventually I got my refund on the 22nd May almost 6 weeks after placing the order. Don't wast your time or money with this useless company.

I recently ordered some seeds from Groseeds without reading of their reputation or their link with lifesaving water in Africa - their donation from my single packet purchase providing water for one person for a week.

I was most impressed with the speed of delivery and how well the seeds are packaged (much, much better than that used by a major seed company that I have used for years until now. And you can even re-seal the packet). There are good instructions on the package re germination, flowering periods etc.

Of course, I don’t know yet how well the seeds themselves will do but they look fine and I’ve no reason to doubt that they will be OK.

I never thought I would become enthusiastic enough about a single packet of seeds to tempt me to write a review - but here’s the proof of the pudding.

An excellent quality product with equally flawless customer service. Each package comes with a hand-written post-card and the occasional free packet of seeds. 100% recommended.
