Very easy renewal

I received a verry quick reply to my query. The lady Emma Gibson, was very efficient, recognised my concern and also difficulty i was having (my fault) in getting the information. She went beyond and emailed me within minutes the documents.

My policy has automatically renewed, I did not authorise this, I have been unable to contact them on the phone to discuss and the email is a no reply, so find it impossible to talk to them

Good price for my car insurance including full breakdown cover not just roadside assistance hence chose this cover.

So far so good. Have only just taken out policy. But process was smooth.

Did not recognise all of my bike from the list rang 3 times to add a bike but when I went to pay it won’t let me because it was not on your list so left that one in the garage for this year so only done 3 bikes this year

The set up was easy to finance our motor, even now checking to make sure their customer care is up to a high standard.

They answered the telephone very quickly. Everything was done on line. I would still like to have my insurance documents sent to me by post. Having bought the insurance and paid, I think it would be a nice touch if a human voice were to thank me for my business, and ask if there is anything else I would like. People would appreciate that.

Looking at renewing my motorhome insurance and having received my renewal quote from the insurance company I have been with for many years I was surprised with the quote from Grove &Dean which included other services which I would have had to pay extra for so very pleased with the service given
