A wonderful investment
After disappointing service from elsewhere, we went to a grove showroom and had a great experience. We decided to order from the website as we needed a bit more time to think, and any problems there were quickly resolved by the customer service team (we struggled a little with the design). The option to pay with Klarna was really helpful, and even though we placed our order just before the busy holiday, we got it delivered before the new year. A small mishap in communicating the delivery slot, but when we called we got the answers we needed and the delivery itself went smooth. The guys were quick and careful.
We've had the bed and mattress for nearly a month, and my back is thanking me every day for the investment with grove bedding. The bed looks great too!

Excellent service throughout
Staff gave me good advice when I called them, phoned twice to verify delivery times, which was a quick delivery time. Delivery men phoned in advance on the day. Took away my old bed for a very reasonable fee. All round terrific service and will be returning to Grove Bedding if I ever need another purchase.

We went right before closing and were welcomed wonderfully with no rushing. World of a difference from the big brands, no pressure from any of the staff who encouraged us to take our time. They were so knowledgeable and helpful the entire process. Love the mattress we've bought, so comfortable and definitely amazing price for great quality. Big shout out to Davey who was so friendly!

5 star service yet again from Grove Bedding, Newbridge. We took my mum along for a new bed and mattress and Davie was an enormous help to us and made my mum feel completely at ease, trying out the different mattresses. He was very patient, efficient, knowledgeable and kind and his customer service was second to none. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Grove bedding to anyone. It’s a family run business who take great pride in their approach to customers…can’t praise them enough

Excellent service
Excellent service on the phone when I was ordering, and also keeping me informed of delivery. Bed is great value for money and mattress looks comfy for the guests due at Christmas.
My only issue was my fault... I ordered a deep mattress instead of normal size, which I hadn't checked, but after opening the mattress, read that I couldn't return it. Lesson to myself...read the the small print!

The bed we ordered was discontinued so we had to pick a different one. It was cheaper and we are still waiting for a refund.
The matter has now been rectified thanks to Nick and the staff. We are really pleased with the bed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
