Poor knowledge of job
No one knew how to get the policy written, correctly & taken care of in a timely manner. Each person said it was someone else's fault. They couldn't get the lein holders info correct.

Terrible communication and not worth…
Terrible communication and not worth it. After speaking to the rep I filled out several forms and sent in pictures. I didn't hear back from them for over a week. I finally called and they told me they didn't receive half of the documents. So I recent them. Then they told me I had to raise my coverage on my other auto policy with progressive. In the end It was the same price to just get insurance through my current provider progressive.

worst insurance company to try and get…
worst insurance company to try and get coverage. spent hours and several days filling out forms, and sending them pictures and existing insurance forms. would not cover my vehicle for close to what it appraised for. what a waist of time. and they didn't really seem to care. Don't try calling wait times are 30-40 minutes.

Submitted a receipt for the towing of my 1966 Mustang to a shop 06/12/23 and have not heard a thing back as of today! Now it's August 12th and still haven't heard from them!!
