I have ordered a few items from gunsmith. My belt is amazing and I often get compliments in the gym about it. I love my oversized t-shirt and I've also got the power grips. The quality and finish are top notch and I shall be a repeat gunsmith customer. Highly recommended!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We've been having problems during the pandemic with Royal Mail parcel deliveries. With 4 people working from home, we managed to not miss a delivery from Amazon, DPD, even Hermes(!) or any company other than Royal Mail. We believe the local postman is just incredibly overworked and pre-writes the 'you weren't in' slips.

I bought some elastic bands from gunsmith, but Royal Mail kept saying we weren't in without actually ringing. The bands were returned to sender. I tried complaining complaining Royal Mail who apologised, but because I was not their customer (Gunsmith were) could not lodge a complaint. They said to get in touch with gunsmith who would be able to complain and recover the delivery charges.

I spoke to Gunsmith about all this, and asked for them to use a different service to deliver the bands, DPD. They then said I would need to pay a second delivery charge, or I could just not buy the item and have a full refund. I said I didn't want to pay a second delivery charge with no guarantee of actually getting the item, so couldn't they just contact Royal Mail about the messed up delivery and recover the charge, as RM customer.

The customer service staff refused and just gave me a refund.

I ordered the bands again. Nothing.

Gunsmith just stole my money and have refused to send the item, presumably out of spite. Avoid.

Over 6 months waiting to receive the belt! Bad customer support .. I am still waiting for the belt, every time they answer me it is to indicate that it will be delivered next week !!! I didn't receive anything and I don't recommend buying it.

Excellent quality and well worth the wait, can't beat the hand crafted workmanship here and the belt is incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend to any in need of a custom lifting belt

I've ordered 2 custom belts from Gunsmith Fitness in the last 3 months. The 1st belt had a delay due to embroidery issues and arrived a little bit late, however the customer service we received massively outweighed the delay. The replies to our concerns and providing answers and solutions to rectify the problems were prompt and professional. Upon receiving both belts the quality is exceptional from the embroidery to the custom staining of the leather and thread on the embroidery (both of which we asked for specifically). Usually this would be enough for a 5* review however Gunsmith Fitness also included a full support pack (wraps, BFR and straps) for both orders, even though my personal belt arrived within the expected time frame with no problems,(we never asked for this or expected it) to compensate for any problems or delay on the 1st order. This goes to show the professionalism of the company and the lifetime warranty on such a high end product is just another added bonus. Will be shopping here again.

Belt was designed exactly how I wanted. It could not have been any more perfect!

Gunsmith fitness, what can I say. Used many belts and accessories over the last 6 years of training and these guys are second to none. Value for money and something for everyone and thing. Bench, dead’s, squats, lifts, push, you name it it’s covered!! Top top quality customised belts - yes you have to wait that little longer but the wait is worth it... you want quality then you must be willing to wait! The wait will be worth while trust me!!

The customer service is next level with prompt replies and quick delivery.

Over the moon with my custom belt from Gunsmith, quality of the leather is superb and the finish of the stitching is top quality. Great customer service and very helpful, 100% will be ordering again from these guys and a great idea as a gift.

I would never order a belt from here my experience with their customer service was terrible. Treated and spoken to like i was inferior to them the lack of customer service I was provided was alarming. All around terrible experience. Id highly recommend bringing your business else where. Ive never been treated as badly as a customer EVER.

REPLY to the business: You can see the professionalism I'm dealing with based off of the reply from them. Unfortunately the car correlation wasn't the best rebuddle but I'll go with it for their sake. Imagine ordering the blue car which you thought was an SUV and received a blue prius instead.

Again, the professionalism from them is top notch.

From start to finish these guys were amazing! Super quick at replying to emails and even managed to squeeze in my order before Christmas. The belt looks and feels amazing too!

I work in the fitness industry and I’m fortunate enough to try a plethora of fitness equipment for review purposes. I’ve tried lots of belts and Gunsmith far surpass anything I’ve ever tried. The customisation is next level and the quality makes every other brand pail in comparison!

Terrible “customer service” if that’s even what it could be called. Insinuating emails weren’t sent, then proved by email chain.
