🚨AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!🚨

This company is formerly Equip4Gyms.

And the invoice name came through as Llanelli Performance Centre Ltd.

The director of the company is called Dominic Simon Reynolds and he has a habit of dissolving companies and setting up new ones - scamming more and more people along the way.

If I could rate 0 stars I would!

Let’s start with what I ordered. So on the 13th Feb 2026 I ordered a Dual Leg Ext/Curl from the company (Equip4Gyms).

On their website the machine was listed on back order with an estimated wait of 6-8 weeks. I was ok to wait this long.

As time went on more than 8 weeks passed and I had no further updates on where my machine was and when it was due to arrive.

So I reached out to the sales team and I was passed around 3 different people trying to get updates and handed excuse after excuse.

From reasons like Weddings, Annual leave, Sickness absence and just general busy schedules. Now at first I had no issues with these trains as generally they are valid.

I really drew the line at the war between Iran and Iraq being used as a reason for my machine being delayed!

People are literally dying and losing their homes - yet this company thought it would be a good excuse to tell me why my machine was delayed!

I’ve lost track of the amount of phone calls, texts & emails I’ve sent and received.

My business has been affected and so has my time. I’ve spent so much time chasing this up that I should be charging this company an admin fee!

We are now 5 months down the line and I still haven’t received my machine!

I have been told I will get a refund. This was last Thursday (it’s now Wednesday the following week). I haven’t received any further info on that - nor have I seen the money come in.

The company and Dominic just lies, scams and has horrible customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They’re so hard to get into contact with whenever there is an issue, and it’s usually often, I had recently purchased 2 items, and only one was delivered, after constantly trying to get through I was finally offered credit which I happily agreed too, however once I found a new machine I was interested in, I was told it would be coming “next week” and at the end of the week I’d be told the same thing again, it’s gotten to the point now where I’m just ignored from customer emails,, I have tried getting in contact through social media to be ignored again ( although they have made several posts within the time that I have been ignored) and no I’m pretty sure my number has been blocked from them as it just cuts out, but after using my partners phone it goes through,

They’re quick at replying as soon as you mention you’re interested in a machine, however when there’s an issue you’re instantly ghosted

Going forward I will be seeing legal advice to get my money back,

After writing the above review they contacted me asking what the issue was
And also asked me to delete my review

They then delivered a broken machine in its replacement and took two of my machine which took about 2 weeks for them to pay me for

I now have a broken machine with empty promises for about a month or replacing

Don’t not use this company, avoid

Ordered with Equip4gyms for years (always lots of problems with delivery, but always got resolved).

Last order, they did not delivery, would not reply, when reply it was false and lies, saying its been dispatched, and will be here soon, which it never was, still waiting on a refund, and they have changed their name to Gyms4Everyone, would not order from them ever again, as soon as they have your money, they treat you like absolute shite.

Can provide screenshots and messages to back up everything, and have been contacted by others which have been treated the exact same way.
