Recently purchased a Rolex watch from Domonic after first seeing it on their ebay shop. Domonic has been truly exceptional from my first contact via email and subsequent phone calls. It can sometimes be a 'leap of faith' when dealing with someone for the first time but I can catergorically say that I would have no reservations whatsoever in buying or selling to Domonic and Hackett Watches. A solid and trustworthy experience from start to finish when purchasing a vintage Rolex Day Date 1803. Communication great from start to finish and the watch itself surpasses all expectations. Decent family business.

Dominic's communication, honesty in answering questions, and detail regarding the watch was so clear and efficient that I went away and did additional research to make sure it wasn't too good to be true. It wasn't, Dominic and Georgia are that good, I paid for a watch I hadn't seen in the flesh and hoped it would turn up at my door. It did, and was better than the description, and the service was outstanding. This is a fantastic business and I am so grateful to Dominic and Georgia for their support, service and attention to detail when sourcing watches to sell. 100% recommend and 100% will buy from them again. Plus I think I owe Dom a beer for such a stunning watch.

Yesterday I discussed a pre owned Rolex Datejust with Domenic. He truthfully answered all my questions regarding the watch as this was my first purchase of a pre owned Rolex. He supplied photos and a short movie of the watch on offer so I went ahead with the purchase. The watch arrived today and is everything that Domenic described.
