I understand exactly what you are telling me, but you must understand I bought 3 HaloGrows back in December last year and they will run out this week, and I have had no new growth at all, that is why I am asking for a refund. But what I would agree to, is for you to send me your new production to try and if that works then I would consider buying more from you.
You need to check back on your records because I did complain within 30 days and you refused to give me back my money then, so do not worry I will carry on putting bad comments on all the Social Media Platforms by telling everyone in the world how bad your Company treats its customers and that your guarantee is a load of rubbish because you never intended to honour it anyway.
So please do not worry as I will still be giving you bad reviews on all the social media sites so you will be the losers in the end and it will give your company a very bad reputation and so it will cost you a lot more money than you owe me. Plus I hope you go bankrupt in the mean time.
