Fruit drops are delicious.

The Acid drops were too tightly wrapped which meant they were difficult to open causing the cellophane wrapping to stick to sweet.

My friends children were delighted with their sweet boxes. They said the sweets were lovely.

Handy Candy is good value for money: a wide range of sweets (particularly retro) at reasonable prices and with short delivery times. I buy their sweet boxes/hampers each Easter for my children who are always pleased to receive them.

Easy to order a gift for a friend who loves fizzy sweets, price was competitive from what I found. My friend loved them and found new sweets he’s never heard tasted

I like the environmentally friendly ethos and sustainable packaging. The sweets themselves are good, and there’s a pretty big range to choose from. However there have been issues with both orders I’ve placed recently. In the first order, neither pick and mix bag was sealed properly. They had burst open and the box they’d been delivered in was leaking sugar everywhere (also, the bags were gifts). To be fair, I emailed about this and was refunded the cost of one of the bags. The second order was late being dispatched because of staff illness. I don’t have a problem with this - however delivery is expensive - £4.79 depending on the weight of the package. For that price I expect the item to be delivered in the timescales specified, or for delivery to be refunded. I’ve ordered from a few different online sweet retailers - others offer discount codes or free delivery if you spend over X amount. I’m fine with Handy Candy not doing this, as the quality is higher than some of those other places. However for the prices charged, I would expect better overall service.

Excellent customer service!!! But most of all products amazing. Can't recommend personalised jars enough such a nice gift to give with a personal touch. Delivery times spot on and packaged carefully. Highly recommend. The retro sweets definitely taking me back lol
