Awful
Awful. Do not use these cowboys, they have no idea what they are doing.
I started my IVA in 2019, I then moved address, and they failed to update my records despite me notifying them THREE times. They are STILL sending letters to my old address. They extended my IVA without telling me and sent the notification to an incorrect address. My IVA should've ended in July and I am now pursuing them via court procedures.
Don't cause yourself more hassle. Choose a better company, one that knows how to deal with your confidential data properly. God knows who has been receivingmy letters and reading them.

Hanover have been truly wonderful from start to finish with my IVA. I am now clear, having paid every month for 5 years!
