The usual couyrsy and kindness of your drivers

The taxi came late even though I booked it 6 hours before. Apart from that, all was good.Chelmsford happicabs.

Friendly driver, on time, overall great experience, would recommend.

I made two separate bookings for 3 people each, but they were merged into one six-seater, which I had not been informed of. As a result, only 3 people took it, and the other 3 people had to wait for 25 minutes before I called you and you sent us a second taxi.

Exactly service and a very helpful hand, we really appreciate you guys, and thanks for the lady who dropped us from Lidl in Witham to 114 Oak Road Rivenhall, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a lovely cabbie! His car was spotlessly clean and smelt so nice. Arrived in less than 10 mins. Really lovely guy too which is very reassuring as a female travelling alone late at night. Thank you driver 👍

Booked in advance the day before and received a text confirming details. Morning comes and there is no taxi. I called and was told it was a going to be 15min as they were dropping someone else off. So essentially there was no point of making the advance booking. Taxi arrived 22min after original scheduled booking and the driver didn’t even know the most efficient route. She said she’s not familiar with the area and was called in last minute as she was nearby. She even confessed that the company do this a lot and is aware of the inconsistency for both drivers and customers. If you cannot guarantee the booking, do not confirm. Avoid at all cost, I have now missed my appointment and the whole morning has been messed up.

Really easy to order, could track taxi and the Man I booked with and the driver were very helpful and friendly, will definitely use again.

I received confirmation for my taxi booking, but no one arrived at the pickup location. We were left stranded in the middle of nowhere with no explanation. When I contacted them, they informed me the booking had been cancelled—yet no one had notified me of this cancellation. After waiting, they eventually sent a driver who arrived one hour late. Despite the inconvenience and their failure to communicate the cancellation, they refused to provide any refund.
The staff I dealt with were rude and dismissive. The only person who showed any professionalism was the taxi driver himself.
This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this company.

My car broke down, I pre-booked a Happicabs taxi for 8:25am to get my son to school (my 3 year old was ill & it was raining heavily so I thought a 5 minute taxi would be better for her than a 30 minute walk (plus back again) in the rain). At 8:30 I rang to check where the taxi was and was told “we’re very busy you will have to wait 15 minutes” even though I had pre-booked. All other taxi companies now busy and can’t help. At 8:55 (my son now late for school) Chelmsford Taxi Cabs 24/7 sent someone in the area to me in 5 minutes as I was desperate (thank you to them!). I got my son to school and back again by 9:05. Happicabs eventually turned up at 9:15! Awful service!
