Michelle was excellent. Kept me updated regularly all the way through my Mac being with team at Hardsoft. She helped me out with options once my mac was beyond repair and went above and beyond to help.
The service was quick and efficient and hand over of devices was seemless and easy. Would fully recommend.

Help fixing broken Macbook screen

Danielle maintained strong…communication
Danielle maintained strong communication with myself and always responded back to me within a substantial timeframe.
Having issues recieving the devices from Dpd on multiple occasions Danielle was extremely helpful trying to get the devices to my store which was more than appreciative.
She also gave a personal touch in her emails which is also refreshing to see these days.
