We were with Hardsoft for 6 years on and off, but something you must be very careful of if you take out their Lease or any finance, is they don't stop after the 11 months agreement is up, they wrongly carry on taking money from you, until you notice it still coming out of your account. We couldn't believe it as they were always so great and we highly recommended them to loads of our clients. They should send out a letter to say you have completed your term. They use Grenke who we have actually used without any issue several times. They said they had sent email reminders - which not one of those emails I have receipt of, so they could have been going into trash for years. We are totally gutted, and now having to go through small claims court. We are a small business and really trusted them as a family run business we never had this issue with past financial arrangements with hardsoft. So be very careful. Just to add / they mentioned the portal has only been a recent thing and we have never been given anything to allow us access to a portal. This is from 2022! Where they carried on taking money each month. No record of the emails apart from their messages. No guidance apart from a curt email stating it’s our fault for not cancelling the over payments ! We have your money now so sorry about that ! No refund !
