Works at least as well as the OE…
Works at least as well as the OE manufacturer’s battery in the sense that one I bought 6.5 years ago has only just needed replacement and my experience with OE is not much beyond 5, although of course usage varies so it’s not a scientific experiment!

I've been using HardwareExpress for more years than I can remember and always the experience is perfect.
This is the second time I've swapped the battery in this UPS and the previous one was supplied by HardwareExpress 6.5 years ago - can't complain about that!
Arrived as promised "Next day" using a courier that found my address first time (unlike many).
Product slotted in for a hot change just as if it had been an expensive OEM battery

Bought a cyberpower ups replacement battery, fits perfect and seems to work fine so far - delivery was prompt and packaged well - no complaints on anything. Buying procedure was easy enough as well.

No nonsence company
Cannot fault hardware express, when my mobility scooter batteries didnt last as they should but this company sorted the situation and had new batteries sent ,I really appreciated the way they sorted the problem out ..so highly recommend this company
