Harmainleathers Reviews

Good communication in response to sizing query. Delivery by Royal Mail. Shoes handsome and seem good quality.

Shoes looked as good when they turned up as they did in the ad picture. Really nice leather, great quality, good price!

Great shoes well worth the wait as they are hand made.
I’ll be buying from them again.

Honest on delivery time, excellent quality boots and great customer service

Shoes arrived today really pleased with the product. Perfect fit and so nice.

A little delay in delivery
But very impressed with the finished shoe 10

Beautiful shoes. Worth the little wait whilst they are made just for you!

I’m so elated as a first time customer and must admit the loafers ordered met my high quality expectations, fits perfectly and comfortably. In the process to order two more loafers in different colours. I got mates express keen interest getting theirs asap .

Having called Customer Services - a guy on the end of a mobile - I await Harmain Leathers response to my complaint which is as follows:

1. They sent two left shoes

And, although irrelevant,

2. The two left shoes are different shades of brown
3. The two left shoes are also different sizes.

Before condemning this business, let’s see how they resolve this farce … not a good response so far.

Beautiful shoes great value for money. Will not hesitate to buy again

Blue horsebit suede loafers exactly as advertised and helpful customer service when I realised I'd ordered the wrong size by accident. Would buy again.

Excellent service, great value for money

Fantastic shoes, tailor made to perfection. Excellent quality and brilliant service! Will be coming back again!

First pair of shoes arrived and were a bit tight but I messaged the company and asked for a size bigger. Was promptly dealt with and new pair arrived within a couple of days even before I had sent back the first one. Persevere and deal nicely with people and they will reciprocate

Second pair of shoes bought from Harmain leathers. Very nice.

I saw these shoes on Instagram and, as there was a special offer, decided to buy them for my husband. They took a couple of weeks to come, but to open the box and smell that heavenly leather smell, it was worth the wait. They are beautifully made and suit his slim feet. I’m sure we will order more in different colours.

Don’t bother wasting your time or money. They look like got wooden soles. And blocked me when asked for address and money back.

I received my order and I can honestly say that these shoes are one of the best shoes I've brought the quality of them are 10 10 the delivery service spot on too the staff are very helpful too I will be making more orders and for the price you can't get any better quality.
Thank you.

Beautiful shoes very well made and a good service. Would most definitely use them again. Friendly support team too.
Thank you.

Second tine using Harmain and again the quality and look of the shoes are fabulous.
Fair price paid, delivery is a little slow but this is explained by the shoes being made to order, but no complaints at all.
Interaction with Harmain is always swift and accurate via WhatsApp.
