Really friendly staff and Lesley who showed us four properties was exceptional in our experience of estate agents. She knew everything about the area and the houses, including how the light affected the property, all of the positives but also how the property could work for us. For ourselves, a difficult situation due to health reasons, having to put our home on the market. From the outset Sam handled all aspects of the sale with great understanding. He handled the whole process in such a way that I immediately had confidence that viewings would be taken care of despite the difficulties and feed back passed on to us. The point at which the house was “Under Offer”took longer than expected, but not in any way due to Hastings marketing. Purchasing a house with them. Moving from England. They were awful to deal with and unhelpful from the get go. The purchase was delayed massively because of their assumptions. I was in contact with the seller directly and shared screenshots of what was happening. Hastings didn’t have a leg to stand on and the main man who was on holiday ended up being in contact. Absolutely steer clear

Abby was fantastic! Selling a house can be very stressful, but her professional manner and quick responses to any queries, made the process as pain free as possible.
