I lived in a building with two agents, I was never updated with any information. examples are communal bin moves, building socials. When I left my tenancy I was shamed about my mattress, It did have sweat stains. I used a mattress protector and topper but my medication does cause night sweats, I would have preferred a more tactful and sensitive response.

Having not purchased, or sold a property for over 25yrs, we contacted Heather at Haus to help steer us through the sales process. From the first call to the last, her (and her team's) communication was timely, well-informed, and extremely professional, yet had an air of familiarity and friendliness. Heather guided us through what was a difficult period, selling my late Mum's house - a bitter sweet period, dealt with sensitivity and genuine support throughout. They also advised on a suitable Solicitor for the conveyancing aspects and financial transactions, who were also at the top of their game. The whole process took very little time to achieve completion and we were kept updated by Haus's online portal - a daily check of all interested parties and general sales progress became our go-to dashboard! Haus couldn't have been easier to deal with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting sound advice with no pushy tactics involved. Extremely reasonably priced too and well worth every penny in my book. Thank you!

Helen at Haus Sheffield was brilliant from the very start, super helpfull and any issues i had she sorted out for me when i applied to rent a property Haus had advertised, highly recommend using Haus again and Helen, she was brilliant

Sold a flat at 30 Addiscombe Grove (The Grove) with no hot water and heating at least 3 days per week for over 6 months! DO NOT USE DO NOT BUY
HAUS are the block managers and do not know how to fix the issue and the original installers will not attend site.
Communication is good but unfortunately communication does not fix heating...

£175 deposit just to apply for a house kept by them and not refunded if they chose someone else for the property. Hopefully bank will reclaim the money as they agree;

Baf experience with a rental arranged via Haus - the offload all arrangements & issues to be dealt with to RNL Property Management - Moving in to a rental is met with an extremely poor management process with Haus & RNL in relation to the rental property - the lack of any Management process enabled a property let to begin occupation in a property that had not been cleaned, had damaged furniture, triffid like growth in the garden, an oven that was filthy & without control or temperature markings, insist that their lack of initial responsibility is the duty of the new tenants to report as maintenance, not accepting that the poor condition was a failure of their duty to ensure the new tenancy commences trouble free, and leave you to the devices of a property management company that exasperates the situation with a tardy response to deal with the issues - AVOID DEALING WITH AT ALL COSTS!!! -
