Fabulous Customer Service
Prompt and tracked delivery with items being securely packaged and protected in bubble wrap and a pouch to maintain humidity. I can not fault the wide range of products available or the ease with which they can be ordered. Great service that I can easily recommend to my friends.

Reasonably Pleased overall
Easy website, prompt delivery and reasonably priced.
Disappointed that the seal was broken on the box of cigars I ordered which made me believe it was a “made up” box from singles.

Order Found!
I gave a 1 star review a few days ago, because the parcel went missing. This is an update & apology for that.
Royal Mail delivered the parcel to the wrong address for some reason & the parcel finally appeared yesterday evening.
Customer service at Havana House were very helpful when I emailed them about the issue & began an investigation. I can’t fault them for this.
Thank you xxx
