The lady I spoke to was useless, my company as well as my doctor surgery has breached GPDR, but they won’t help me have a case due to in time my company I work for would of needed my document to be eligible to work but my point is no company should go to anyone’s surgery without consent and obtain and private and confidential document regardless what the document is for and a doctor surgery should certainly not take a strangers word that I had given consent and printed my document!

The business I found to be dominated by a convenient avoidable and enhanced correspondences, hostile and deliberately and knowingly misrepresentation of a matter of facts from both senior partners, compounded by a convenient insightful expertise, false and misleading allegations and a very tainted course from the legal profession. I would strongly suggest complaining to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, avoid this company and do not part with any monies and to go elsewhere.

Hayes Connor have assisted in my case exceptionally well. There has been clear and consistent communication, with any questions answered in good time.

James was brilliant, was constantly kept upto date and really felt like James pushed for the best compensation, really helpful and explained every step.

I contacted Hayes Connor having had a huge company who turnover more than 1bn a year abuse my rights under GDPR. The law is prescriptive and the failure of the company was clear and not even disputed by the company. I contacted Hayes Connor believing they’d be a company who seeks to uphold the law… but it would appear that this firm of solicitors have little interest in morals or the law, only money. I was told bluntly that they wouldn’t be willing to help because they couldn’t make enough money off of the case. (Though I was under the impression that they could claim back costs from the other party where the ruling goes in our favour - so I’m not sure this stacks up).

I think it’s utterly shameful that solicitors who we are led to believe are there to uphold the law are guided more by money and greed rather than morals and the law. No matter how big or small a persons claim - I believe that the laws which exist to protect us should be upheld by those in professional positions who have the knowledge to do this. It is in my view attitudes such as those exhibited by Hayes Connor which I feel allow big companies to abuse the rights of individuals as they know solicitors like this who I believe operate solely with a lust for money will turn a blind eye thus allowing the abuses to continue. Essentially l, my verdict is that Hayes Connor are not part of any solution - they are just part of an ever increasing problem whereby companies get away with abusing people’s rights under GDPR. If you can’t turn to those who are supposed to uphold the law, who can you turn to?

With this said, I cannot recommend Hayes Connor in any way. My experience whilst brief is that this is a company only interested in how much money they can make from you. I guess if your claim is huge they might do a good job in order to fuel what I perceive to be a greed motivated business model, but if your a small fish - I don’t think you’ll be welcomed into this pond!

If I was to use my own words to describe my feelings of Hayes Connor - I’d say “shameful and embarrassing”. I’m sorry that there is nothing positive in this personal account of my experience but it honestly reflects how I feel. I acknowledge others have had better outcomes than me but I feel it is right that the negative experiences should be shared alongside the positive in the public domain.

I have no interest in a reply or a defence to this review from Hayes Connor - I’ve requested that they not contact me further.
