I was keen on audio books, lectures and meditations by Louise Hay, the founder of Hay House. Just a few days after having subscribed to the newsletter, there was a Louise Hay Sale. I purchased several audios for a friendly price. First I was a bit sad because they don't offer the files for download anymore, just within an app. I would have preferred "owning" the files to listen to Louise on my MP3 player (for focus). But hey ho, I can understand that they want to protect their authors and the content in this age of AI piracy.

Besides, the Empower You app is nicely done and I can access my audios also on their website or via PWA on my phone. Since my phone is quite old with an elderly Android 10, I was positively surprised that all works well. Just a tiny bug, I cannot directly access the library without some magic hack. Found a workaround with the PWA version of the app.

A shout-out to their customer service: They are very friendly, helpful and competent. Ordering from Germany, I ran into trouble at first: a free promotional gift calendar kept being added to my cart and prevented checkout (due to customs etc physical objects are no longer shipped outside the US and Canada). I tried Hay House UK, same issue because the UK is no longer part of the EU. Not Hay House's fault of course...

I finally ordered in small tranches to avoid the gift hopping into my cart, took a while. After I described the issues to customer service in an unhappy email, human service staff got back to me, offering empathy and solutions:

1) They are working on the tech side of the app and immediately got in touch with me about the reported bug, 2) I later on received free credit worth 15£ for Hay House UK to compensate my experience with ordering from Germany.

The customer service got back to me twice or thrice to follow up since then, inquiring details about the app version I have installed and they are obviously working out a solution to fix that library access bug.

I'm very happy so far with the quality of the products, the quality of the service and found also value in some of the emails that Hay House sends (e.g. the Tapping World Summit was a great discovery for me, it was free and offered me a new approach to my topics). Those mails come a bit frequently, yes, but I don't mind since it's often matching my interest.

TLDR;
I'm very fond of the Empower You app, Louise Hay's fantastic audio recordings and the helpful customer service (which helped me solve my issues practically and with empathy).

Don’t buy Hay House apps – completely unreliable

I used to enjoy the Hay House oracle and meditation apps, but they’ve all stopped working because Hay House ended updates and support.
Customer service refused to take responsibility and offered no refund or solution.
It’s unacceptable that paid apps are simply abandoned.
I want to warn other customers — these apps can stop working anytime, and Hay House won’t help you when that happens.

Avoid at all costs. This company takes your money and then not give you what they promise. I signed up for the Writers paid $225AUD and all I got was a PDF.

When I wrote to them I get no response. Absolutely a rip off.

SCAM!!!! The Suze Orman "Trust and Will" package for $99.00 is BOGUS making you enter information already given, then a run around of "already used email" when obtaining the literature purchased. Dont waste your time nor money!!!

I have been a member of the Hay House card deck club for awhile now, and UPS lost my package. I cannot reach a human being at Hay House. It's all AI garbage. They don't answer their phone, no one comes on chat. This is terrible customer service. I would have expected better from Hay House. I'm canceling my membership. I don't ever want to have to deal with them about an issue again.

I absolutely love Hay House. Not only do they have a wonderful selection of decks, books and audios, but their customer service is amazing. A lot of companies don’t seem to embrace good customer service anymore, but Hay House always go above and beyond. It’s why I have no hesitations in ordering from them again and again.

They also have the best sales which I love. The shipping isn’t the fastest when we’re all used to Amazon next day delivery but I’m more than happy to wait for my package of goodies.

I’ve ordered audios from both the US and UK site and all end up on the handy “Empower You: Unlimited Audio App”. Yes, you can subscribe if you want, but you don’t have to in order to enjoy your purchases (I haven’t).

I can’t say enough good things about them and can’t understand the negative reviews. Special thanks to Patrick for his recent assistance - really went above and beyond promptly and kindly.

No longer has the spirit of what the founder Louise hay intended.

Until now I had been a lifelong supporter of Hayhouse. I have hundreds of thier products including books, audiobooks and attended multiple seminars.

Prior to shutting down Hayhouse Radio they offered 'lifetime passes' which promised access to ad-free radio, and unlimited access to the archives.

They then shut down the radio broadcast and offered lifetime members a 'discounted membership' to 'Hayhouse unlimited', and promised that lifetime customers would continue to have access to the old radio archives 'for life'.

Now it transpires that not only have all the call in radio stations closed down, the archives are no'longer available, and the 'lifetime pass' actually turned out to be a bait and switch.

What is an even greater shame, is that they appear to have deleted/thrown out over 13,000hrs of radio broadcasts for no sensible reason. This means that thousands of phone calls from people around the world have bene lost.

I will no longer support Hayhouse as they have lost thier way and thier spirit. Their customers service team are simply not interested in 'Lifetime member' who helped keep thier business afloat during the tough times.

I signed up for a 'Book Writer's Boot Camp' with Hay House and paid $99 for the privilege of attending the 4-day online workshop. The 'hook' was an offer to submit a book proposal to Hay House and they would select one lucky author to receive a publishing contract. What they didn't mention was that there would be 10,000 other aspiring authors on the course! I listened to the inane waffle from Reed and Kelly (who plugged her own books shamelessly) over a few nights of the workshop but learned very little in the process. It was when the 'hard sell' was pushed on us on the third evening that the truth of the scam became apparent. This 4-day workshop was just 'fluff' to hook eager writers in to a more expensive writer's group where the real 'meat' would be dished out. What a disappointment and a total waste of $99. Don't waste your money. Sad to see Hay House resorting to these marketing tactics.

After purchasing a book on Hay House, I received the invoice which had my Social Security number in the
place I had entered my phone number.When I called
their customer service they insisted that I had entered
that number, even though they knew that could not be the case as it was not the correct number of digits in
a valid phone number and would not be a valid entry.
Buyer be aware!

I received my order quickly and in good condition! Overall happy with my experience and would order again.

The Hay House Clutter Clearing online course by Denise Linn is fabulous. I learned many useful tips and information. Denise has a wonderful message and I plan to purchase more of her online ourses

Hay House's online courses are fantastic. I have purchased many over the years. Love their Author's, books and everything about Hay House.

I've read many Hay House books and they've changed my life. You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay is my all time favorite book that's helped me to transform my life.

I'm so grateful for Hay House, the books, videos, and audios have helped me over the past decade to have so much more peace in my life. I read a page from Dr. Wayne Dyer's book - 10 Secrets of Success and Inner Peace every day and always feel better after. I learned from Louise Hay the power of affirmations and like to hang up her Power Thought Card affirmations around the house for daily inspiration. The shipments for my orders always arrive in perfect condition and usually come sooner than expected. I especially love the audio app because I can catch the I Can Do It talks and other lectures from my favorite speakers.

I've learned from Liana Werner-Gray how to eat healthily and adopt the Earth Diet as a way to heal my body naturally after experiencing acid reflux. I've also learned how to heal relationships and have more freedom in my life from Nancy Levin who taught me about the power of boundaries - check out "Setting Boundaries will Set You Free" - it's a great book!

I'm always so excited to learn about new authors and hear what they have to share for living your best life! I would love to see more products about healing your body naturally and adding more balance to your life.
Also, would love to have a Hay House event in San Diego or Orange County! Just wanted to thank Hay House because I really feel so blessed to come across this special company and recommend their books to my friends!

Was looking for some new cards from Hay House and noticed free shipping with £20 order well didn't take me long ordered Dreamweavers by Collette Baron Reid and a new and a different deck by Asha Frost The Sacred Medicine Oracle and to make up got Moonology Diary 2023 by Yasmine Boland shipping didn't take long got them today and 5* + ...i love love love them .. bright colourful and great to handle give them a shot guys ...was a bit uh uh what have i done ..but wow thank you so much ladies for these great decks .

I'm a bit shocked at all of these reviews. I placed my first order with them and it processed, shipped, and arrived within one week. All of the items were in perfect condition. My oracle cards were beautiful with no printing issues. I will definitely order again. They have the absolute cheapest prices for oracle cards and new age books on the market.

It’s about time hay house gets the hay out of California . We have no space for this with their anti jabs politics statements and peoples right to protest and have free thought thought policy . They have on their website will never again purchase any tarot nor oracle cards nor books from Hay House Publishers again . Their idiotic political stance should stay out of their business. Californian ( high majority ) who have independent thought and non racist towards anti vexed and freedom of thought and speech have no room for a idiotic publishing businesss as this. Not new age as they claim and customer service is as useless as their politics .

Cannot access any of the download meditations of Esther and Jerry Hicks even with passwords. Knew I should avoid this company. Waste of money.
