Don’t give this company your property. I gave this company my property to rent early 2024.
I spoke to Sam he suggested a company called Urbinati property run by an individual named Patricia.
They acted like the company was a management firm who accommodates overseas Brazilian professionals for work. Pure lies. The times I’d gone to the property it was full of people who wasn’t in any professional industry.
Haymills didn’t bother do any annual inspections which most management companies do they just took their monthly fee for nothing.
The tenants causes alot of damage in the property ,from changed locks, painting over brown skirting to a bad white, even painted the walls ab off key white, destroying the back garden by putting Astro turf over good grass, someone broke the door frame. They didn’t care!
They even stole my 3 piece leather sofa. Which Sam knew I wanted but was pretending with urbinati that he didn’t know that I wanted them.
I was sent conversations between the tenants & Sam showing he a liar.
I’m glad I’ve got my property back. All they did was collect a management fee without actually managing the property.
There’s so much better estate agents on the high road Chris Rawlinson & Bayer Mayer. So please avoid HAYMILLS!!!

Haymills Estate Agents, 292 Preston Road, Harrow, HA3 used to be know as Hunters Estate Agents.
They have a construction company owner as their client, who they pretend is the renter. In reality, they rent out to a crowd of people.
To do that, they alter the structural, electrical, plumbing, and gas in your home making it dangerous.
They then do not allow you access to your property for almost a year. They refused to send Section 21 to the tenant so that they could keep making profits from this set up. They refuse to respond at all to your messages!
Not a penny of the deposit returned! The house has illegal walls, wiring, gas piping that needs to be removed, after they shabbily installed it. Thousands of pounds of losses! Sam says it was deemed in my karma to go through this, that is why they put me through this!
